Our supreme court is flawed, in the manner that they are too old to stay 'connected' to modern society. This ruling, along with the decision to view corporations as individuals, are prime examples of how disconnected they really are.

I mean seriously, only one Justice voted against it? And of all of them, it was Ruth Bader. My jaw hit the floor when i read it: “today arms the police with a way routinely to dishonor the Fourth Amendment’s warrant requirement in drug cases.”

Its a sad day when Ruth Bader is the only voice of reason left in the USSC.

The dont even have to smell pot, the just have to "think" that they might smell pot from an area, an no warrent needed.
Been that way forever.

i couldn't even finish the vid. if you have a child, they will take a US civic class in high school detailing how to be a "sovereign citizen". only to be harassed later for learning it.
income tax is voluntary. driver's license is a scam(the motor vehicle code states i have the right to travel, using means common at the time. and relates the difference between travel and driving". ware
the people being persecuted here are aware of their rights, which makes them so dangerous. of course killing police officers over driving rights is unacceptable.

if only htey could have writtent he constitution more precisely. the bill of rights especially. there are just so many grey areas. not sure if we'll ever get it right!

the treaties we have entered into are in direct opposition of the constitution, and we are being made to uphold these treaties, to accommodate a one world government.

do any of you guys know about the grove?

I recently read a warning from one of the supreme court justices that if you flush a toilet, that basically gives the police permission to kick down your door. As you may be trying to depose of evidence.

I'm going get high, wake me up when the nightmare is over. :D

Spread the word because this is a serious and important change where it will be possible to fill the prisons easier now in these tough (funding) times.

Police now have incentive to go after more non-violent pot smokers to make their quotas and fill their jails and courts.

Can you please explain or give me a link about motor vehicle code- I want to drive legally and cant get a license-thanks & plus rep.

My understanding is you have to own your car (meaning you have the MSO in hand not a title) in order for this to work. Technically even though you payed for your car the state owns a piece of it. They have the actual MSO which they keep on a microfiche. That is why you have to pay registration fees, have a license etc. Somehow, owning your car outright and having the MSO in hand allows you to circumvent the system. There is a constitution class video that touches on the subject for a brief moment. Linked it below.

I highly suggest watching these videos to any American. We all had to take constitution in high school but this is an amazing refresher geared toward adults. Knowing your rights is one of the most important things you can do as a citizen.

we all have the right to be free and the laws that our goverment instates just keep limiting us all one by one untill we have nothing left. and the news of course is going to bash the shit out of the truth cause there part of the goverment and unlike obamas fake campain slogan about change these people should be phrased not slandered.

60 minutes was trying to make it sound like a terrorist group but its nothing of the sort. ive met many solverin citizens and there some of the most well informed people ive ever met. its a shame that some of the followers of this movement have resorted to violence for the views and its doing more hurt and good for the cause. but we all have a vocie its just were kept in the dark for so long no one remembers how to use it.

but the more people see the truth the better we should all have the rights to bare arms , smoke pot , and live free.

So if I own the car I can drive on public roads without a state issued drivers licence and without licence plates and not be arrested jailed or ticketed? thank you. I'm going to ask the police about this because I need to drive but don't want to get in trouble.

I googled it but i'm not sure what your referring to. could you explain or post a link? and you would know about driving with out a licence what can someone who can't get a licence do to drive legally? how do all these illegal immigrants get to drive and I can't?

Ya that's some good stuff, those sovereign citizens have some good ammo. I saw one where he refused to give up his rights when entering a court room. Once in the court room, his responses sent the judge and his lackeys into the back room to scour the law books and debate on how too proceed. The judge ended up just walking away. It was comical.

VERY important to know. When you start declaring yourself sovreign, there's a LOT you give up such as fire protection, LEO, gov't programs, etc.
