My employees who make $15 are not adequately trained for more than entry level work. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean they aren't skilled. Typically they possess a minimum of a 2 year degree in a hard science ( I prefer 4th year college interns ) but no real hands on experience. I pay my interns, but they only work as many hours as possible so as not to interfere with finishing their education.
