LOL'z Sicc mang .Im just barely trying Coco man. U ever seen Mareds coco plants? Bomb ass nuggies man everytime.
Sicc man u could do everything im doing just need an extra spot to keep a mom bro that it. Matter of fact man. I cant believe u havent taken a cutting of ur kush man.
those things are prolly going to stretch hard on ya and theres really no sence letting those lower stems slow ur plant down bro. They prolly going to die off either way before u harvest bro.

Why cant u snag a couple lower stems and just put them in a cup of water man?

yea homie thats tru, never thought of that, i might as well give it a try, you think they would root with out gel? im gonna really try to invest in some shit for the next grow, ima start saving up a lil, havnt seen his nugs but i bet there great. I kno this guy mosterofgenitc got some really good strains goin in coco, some amazing nugs, its jus that all i have is that grow cab and i cant dedicate any part of my room right now, with i could have a mother, but im still starting out so i cant wait but i always want to do bigger and better :weed:

Eh Sicc ur not far from me bro. So i know ur working with similar water mang.. Im telling u bro. All i did this time around man was cut some damn lower stems off and took the tops and put them in tap water bro thats it. No gel or anything cause i didnt care.. Took them a couple weeks to root man.. But they all rooted and i got more that are rooting now too bro..
Just in a cup of water bro its that simple. They will root faster if ya scrape the bottoms but u dont have to.
Wait till u see what u need to take man. then clone the cuttings bro im telling u its going to work man. Watch the water the first few days bro. They drink alot. And u dont need but only an inch or so of water in the cup. Change it out once a day and ur straight man.
cloning truly couldnt be much easier than that bro.
I filled my partners closet up man just doing this exact thing.

Food for thought bro. Thats all. It works well.

Aight fa sho, ima scope out some possible branches tomorrow, the only thing is i have no other area to place them in a 18/6 cycle, i would have to basically leave them in the room with the other girls on 12/12

Cool Sicc.. Ive never done them 12/12 to develope roots but i do know a grower that does clones 12/12 from the start.. They may take a little longer yet but u should be fine tossing them into cups and putting them on the side of ur tub bro. They dont need strong light either.. Good stuff man..


On another note. I had to transfer my plants down to a smaller tub yesterday and broke a couple tops man. one of them i had to remove but the others i just taped and strung back up.. I was so pissed. I know they will mend but im just trying to get to harvest and dont want to prolong shit in the meantime.
Oh well.

yessir i had a hard time keeping my compusre. almost tore the big plant down but it would have been a waste i guess. i still might take the big cola out.it doesnt know but im sniping on it now haha ill see if its ok tommorow. long as it knows it only has 24hrs to get right we should be fine. haha

i thought it took a clone 2 weeks to root under 24/0 and then switch to 12/12...im not into cloning just yet but from what i understand please correct me if im wrong!oh yea sup sicc,DL.yall niggaz makin it?!?!?!?

Yea man I had an accident last night and broke a few stems on my plants nothing catastrophic man. Had to transfer these beasts to a 10 gallon for my head room and forgot to undo a tie down string man. I lost one cola and to broke..The other 2 should be fine tho purps..

Far as cloning bro. ive always done this in 18/6 lighting.. Low wattage cfl actually. 23 watt daylight about 16-18 inches away..
From experience i can tell u in my grow ive had clones root anywhere fro 3 days to 3 weeks man.
Success of cloning and the rate of root growth developement in my opinion all depends on the stage of growth the mom plant is in when it is cut as well as the health of the mom plant when cutting..
Example being.. A good vegging mom plant in its peak of veg and even prolonged veg state is going to clone faster than a mom plant in the third week of flower.
This is where it all comes into play. and alot of the things that arent normally talked about i think.

Alot of people clone differently purps some in 24/0 some in 18/6 and i have a buddy that actually clones right inside his flower box at 12/12.. They just take longer to root depending on the amount of time of light they are given each day..
And it really doesnt come down to the amount of watts either. Mine do better in the shade of there mothers as opposed to directly under the lamp itself.

When ur ready man just let me know theres so much info out there and alot of its correct i just think it gets a little mixed up cause the amount of info just becomes overwhelming sometimes.

But all these ideas are correct just depends how u are able to apply them to ur grow.

damn thanx for cleaning that up for me!i see now.i aint gonna be cloning for now,,i wanna find that right strain that i wanna keep first,hell gotta have a succesfull grow first! And we about to be runnin right bak into hurrican season,thats what killed one of my crops.no electricity for 2 weeks!! So the majority if the time,it wasnt my fault!
Yea there is alot of info,and it can get tricky and confusing too,,but u got ur shit on lock ma man! PuRp

I have toyed with the cloning thing a little and have tried to make sence of it all tho..
I forgot to mention man that there are also some strains out there they say are near impossible to clone haha..

To those that say that i say give me some.. That sounds like a challenge to me haha.
But yea man theres alot to it..

damn near impossible to clone???thats fuxed up..cause when i get a GDP female.one day..im gonna have to make a mother,,thats my fav. in the world.nothing is better to me ma boy.
