I love the growth on these coco grows. What do you do with your root ball/leaves/stem post harvest? How much you spend in coco/perlite and nutrients per grow?

I add the spent coco to my compost piles after removing them from the Smart Pots.

Most of my grow require less that a bag of Canna Coco, $20, I run my coco/perlite at 70/30 so I get about three to four grows from a bag of perlite, don't remember the cost.. Not sure what my nute cost is, I run the canna full line but I run Less is More, so they are at reduced rates. I only reduce the rates on A&B to about 0.25% of the recommended rates. I don't use PK 13 14, I use Liquid KoolBloom and use it at reduced rates.
Sorry I couldn't give you better info.

Yes but the lights cover a 3x3 area good, not sure how you will arrange them in a 5x5. My tent is a 4x4 but my screen is a approx 3x4. Those two lamp covering the 3x4 space very well.

Rocking Day 49

Things are going so well I kind of expect some catastrophe to strike!
Have around 3 weeks to go and they are spectacular, I think my best grow to date. Weight will be the determining facture.
Prior to lights off this AM prior to lights off.

I am proud of this, the picture is of the floorboard of the grow with the lights on. You can see the amount of light reaching the floorboard, which means that the plants are receiving plenty of light throughout the plants. This picture was taking without the flash, lights on.

Just prior to light on this PM. The start of their morning.
20210128_090850.jpg

I got these ladies from my grow partner and he did not mark them at the beginning of the grow or when he took the clones! Well these are three pheno's I think I got.
Looking at the pic of the pots above and see where the plants are, then looking at the pic above you can fairly well see which plants I am talking about. Got two low growth (the plants at the front left and right), three taller plants (the two plant in the left back, the back middle, and the front middle) , and one tallest (top right) of the six plants.
Five of the pheno's are all at the same growth stage, the mix of red and white pistols are about equal.
Two examples of what I am calling early, more red pistol's.

The plants that I call on schedule, the plant in the back left, note the difference in the amount of red pistols to white.

On the lighter side of life, which we all need during all the bullshit happening in our world right now!!!!!
I took this pic a few nights ago. Texted it to my son and said "Hey do you like my Dragon bud"?
He sent a :) :) :) and said, I think you should go to bed you stoned ol' Hippy! To which I replied, Hey, I resemble that remark. He called called me, :again :):):):) his ass off, and said that is one of the prettiest buds you have ever grown. He may be my only son but, I love that man!

I still think it looks like a Dragon.
Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present to you the Mimosa EVO Dragon!

Maybe I was really stoned, but it was stoned on Mimosa EVO.
And I am as stoned right now as I write this.

Peace out my friends, may you be safe and happy!

GR

Edit, checked trichs, 100% clear!

GF was looking at the plants and ask what was up with this bud, I went to the tent and checked it out and found this bud had dried greenish brown leaves and was loose on the stem. Not sure how I broke it but I removed it, took the leaves off and letting it dry.
Smells and looks delicious, I know it is not mature yet, with about 2.5 weeks lefts but we will see what it does once dried. It is very heavy and tight.

Well, here we are at days 61 and 62.
Have a couple of plants that are producing purple and most plants have a purple hue.
20210208_210750.jpg20210208_210743.jpg20210208_210659.jpg

Also they are beginning to Foxtail. In my opinion, this is the perfect time for this to take place. Early enough to add some weight to the buds yet close enough to harvest that the buds won't get airy.

Just a couple of pics after lights off this AM.

The trichs of a bit smoky to clear and have only begun this transition this week, so I think we are looking at 8 to 10 days to harvest.

Just read through from the beginning. Those sure are beauties! That's a very cool contraption you set up with the lazy susan on the rolling base. It's got my tinker gears turning!
Peace :peace:

Wow Thanks,
This has been a very fun grow. I don't run the same strain every year and it usually takes a bit to get used to the requirements of that strain. After a bit of Mag problem right at the start of the grow they seemed to fall into the fertigation program very well.
They are very thick and heavy, which I expected from the one plant last grow and I am hoping for a record for my 4x4. The one Mimosa EVO I grew last grow had to share the tent with three Wedding Cakes and it still gave me good numbers so expect a lot from this grow.
My numbers are fairly constant in the tent whether it's a horizontal grow or my vertical grows. Just hoping for a bit more to make a nice batch of FECO.
What do you mean by, "Pulling out those lumps closing near the end it looks spectacular."?

Yes fox tailing, I guess it's a genetic trait, they are not that bad and won't cause airy buds. These buds are so fucking tight.

This will do it for me till this fall, gonna take some time off. Plan on a Vertical Doi Si Doi grow in the fall followed by a horizontal grow for next winter, not sure of the strain yet.

Sort of reminds me of Christmas, lots of bright colors.
Have a Digital Microscope 50x to 1000x coming today. Been putting off buying one but going to give it a try.
