Water only days question...

Quick question, I’m using synthetic nutes for my girls.
Feeding with every watering about 1.8EC
1100ppm
Should I be incorporating only water days?
As it stands I’m feeding every 5 days ish in 3 gal fabric pots.
watering till a bit of runoff

if I do just RO+ CalMag feeds would I only water without getting runoff to re-saturate the salt buildupwithin the root zone? Im worried if I simply water only I’ll get deficiency because of it.

Yeah so I’ve been doing the medium feed for the GH FlorsTrio lineup
GH website has a (strong-medium-light) feed schedule you can follow.
I figured the middle would be a good choiceto Stay in.

Are your plants currently healthy? Any pics?
