N&N I've seen those in Canada think it was a Mongolian buffet, the meat was like almost frozen shavings.
Sounds like the same thing, the meats are shaved thin and glad they're very cold.
Looks like chicken, beef or pork but..
I question some of the other foods they offer.
Dog, cat, roadkill?

General Tso's cat??????

i really liked it, you had recipe options you could just add the relevant sauces to or go off piste and make your own mix up. the guy would lash it on a huge hotplate and dish it about with a pair of giant chopsticks. you knew you'd got your money's worth of cramming stuff into the bowl pre fry if it took the chef more than one swipe to get it into the take out carton. became almost a challenge lol and for like 5$ canadian lol this was 2001 mind. man i miss Vancouver/Canada.

Man that looks so tasty and tender !!!!! love it
It was very....

I didn't think I would get the meat to pull right apart for just cooking it for 3 hours. Was kinda funny cause I had prepped everything and I was smoking during the process and completely forgot to peel and cut up the potatoes. I ended up adding them with 46min left to cook. It all worked out great in the end..

Mongolian BBQ/buffet, I've been to a couple....good stuff. I think there's one in Edinburgh I went to...or was it Glasgow, it was over a decade ago so excuse my memory.
