Those look so good! No clue on price. I love seafood but the nearest place is 2 hours away.
This is my shrimp fried rice with sweet Thai chili paste. This dish hits all flavor receptors a person has.
Chicken roulade with braised collard greens!
It's delicious and very easy minus fileting out a chicken breast.
Home made sweet potato gnocchi with a creamy spinach n garlic sauce
Thanks man. Didn't know if sweet tatties would work but they were great.
Fire spiced beef shredded pork something and several Tsing Tao...
The gf made a bit of an error with her porridge recently too. Haha
Jack salmon patties with Arizona fried potatoes and sauteed garlic and bacon spinach.
Smoked paprika is the shit though! But that much maybe a whole lot overpowering.
Your spicy beef dish looks really good!
Wild caught or Farmed Salmon?
Wild is the only way to have it. I live min the mid south and no where near any water for amazing fish. Like Jack salmon, copper river salmon (all of their fish is in season and flown in fresh 3 to 4 times a week), and some kickass sea bearing fish.
I am a chef as a side profession and I cannot sacrifice quality or cheat for that fact. My microwave is used to store bread, it will actually keep your bread twice as long.
Is that a chicken wrapped in bacon, or is it a different type of foul? What's in the foil pan, dressing/stuffing mix? With apples, celery, onions, bread crumbs, and sausage, am I close?
Is there going to be a finished picture or is this just a tease of what was to come? Just playing! Happy holidays
The beginning of that dish looks great!
Yes - do tell please.
Yes, Chicken wrapped in bacon with some spare stuffing inside. Drip tray is full of stuffing. Which was lemon and pork sausage meat mixed with breadcrumbs, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, raisins, dried mango and apricot and fresh apple chunks. Some cumin, sage, paprika and salt and pepper.
Never got many shots round the braai. Gotta keep up with the inlaws family beer drinking. We were up in the Amatola mountains for Xmas. Eastern Cape South Africa. Monkeys swinging by for breaky.in the trees. Incredible chilled time.
we also done a leg of lamb and a gammon natcho.
my first helping.
Nice eats there bro!
I've been trying to figure out what to do with these.
Just a thought.
Ended up in a simple chinese dish. Bak choy, garlic, ginger and spring onions with a light broth. Tasty quick midweek dinner. Sadly didn't get a second crop out of them tho
Chilli, guac and nachos tonight.
