White pizza, with onion, mushrooms, bell peppers.

Still learning to cook them, have been trying to make them to large, they need to be about 10" and waiting for the oven to heat properly.
Just love this oven. Bought my son one also, he and the grandkids make pizzas a couple of times a week.

The fish sauce is now a necessity @curious2garden. You were right about adding that at the beginning, that stuff is pungent!20200319_082413.jpg

Another go at the morrocan short ribs, so good

Either you like it, or hate it lol. Egg salad for lunch yesterday. Made with capers, green onions and celery salt on homemade bread that we put our leftover cooked oatmeal in. Came out nice. Btw, if you've never had celery salt on a lobster roll, you may be missing out.

Oh that all looks so good! I'm glad you enjoyed the fish sauce.

Try frying it in a couple tablespoons of oil! Yum
My usual protocol for about everything is garlic in olive oil first then onions. Steam the mushrooms separate with a little water until reduced, then oil, then mix with the rest. Cooks Illustrated mag turned me on to this way.
