Those single blade leaves on top are a sign of re-vegging, either a light leak, inconsistent lighting, or extreme stress. Your best shot is to re veg until you are able to take clones or scrap and start over.

You have a big issue. Plant looks to be revevging. Whats your light cycle?

It's been cold front, sun, cold front, sun.
Very inconsistent weather patterns in STX lately.
Warm then cold, wind.
Basically just bad.
Re-veg is better on my ego than hot soil, or nute lockout.

Would it be possible to up-pot her into a larger container, let her re-veg, then re-flower in the late summer?
