As some of you may know last year i got snitched on. A friend of a friend snitched. The hpd raided my grow and tried to get me for 5-50 lbs but my lawyer made them only count usable product ( the law) and got me down to 1-5 lbs. Got 2 years adjudicated probation. It was tough quitting smoking. Had to go back to jail for dirty ua's. spent another week in jail. they let me out and put a leg monitor on me. Thats when I got serious and just quit smoking. Stopped for 2-3 months and started smoking the spice. lol. Anyways after a year of clean ua's they let me off probation early. Now things are back to normal. I have learned a lot from this experiance. Dont trust ANYONE. And you can make a lot more money if you dont get high on your own supply. I have bought 3 cars this year. lol. Anyways just wanted to share my good news. Thanks. WM

Lol. thats funny. Its true... but when you see my big sack of weed you will deam me trustworthy. The problem in Texas is they are underfunded. They just don't have the money to keep up. So if your doing good Texas law will release you in 1/2 your sentence.

My original sentence was 2 years. I got off in 14 months. No jail time except the original arrest (36hrs) and a week for dirties.

Its funny cause the cops acted like they had been watching me. They failed to bust my other three spots. lol.

Great news to hear! I'm sure that you are happy to have that monkey off of your back.

I just ended my probation last month, too. And last week the judge changed my felony to a misdemeanor, just adding more fuel to their ridiculous hypocrisy.

Its such a great feeling not having to report anymore but dont think you aren't being watched just cause your off.
They would love to catch you again.

welcome back buddy,

I got arrested for weed last week, showed the cops my medical card they just laughed and said" we will let the judge worry about that", then they hauled me off:evil:

the marijuana laws are so stupid here, only two times I ever been arrested in my life or in any trouble is over weed...
