I have to say, thats probably one of the best pieces of advice I've ever come across, "Don't trust ANYONE". Mucho gracias (did I spell that right? :) ) anyways, happy off probation!

so when you got arrested how did you choose your lawyer? like how do you go about finding the best lawyer for you particular situation? details would be informative (protecting the names of the innocent)

congrats, i kno how bad probate sux finally got off 2 years back after 5 yrs of torchure, its a good feeling knowing no one can f with u no more, hope u stay free forever!!!:mrgreen::blsmoke:

Resurrects an almost year old dead thread saying he misses someone that came off probation a year ago stating said person is a legend which implies that they've been on the site for a while yet only opened the account a few days ago. Not, to go all grammar police on you, but You spelled "I'm a cop" wrong.

Hey got my probation interview (got busted 6 months ago) Ny in a month, keep in mind this is just the interview haven't been sentenced to probation yet. Been smoking and gonna smoke up to the day of the probation interview. COuple questions

1.) Am I gonna have to do a pee test ??
2.) My plan is to tell the probation officer that I smoked 2 times in the 6 months just in case they test. Is that a good plan or should I say I haven't smoked and try to take a drink of cleanser ??

My charges are unlawful grow (1) plant, possession, harrassemnt, criminal mischief 4th.... All were thrown out except criminal mischief.
And my record was crystal clear before this.

Ok ill bump it. Sorry guys. Been absent. All is good. Moved out of that police state of texas and made it to colorado. I was reading this old thread and dont know if it still helps but the guy that asked about the lawyer. I went to court the day after my release. I sat and observed the court. I figured out who the d.a. was and watched him. I noticed all the lawyers talking with him. Then one lawyer walked up, hit him in the shoulder with his files anf started bullshitting with him like they were old buddies. I knew right then thats my lawyer.
