I'm really digging this romulan x Cherry bomb cross we got from a guy that goes by the Cali Caveman. I have a clone from a friend going that's a big mutt and granddaddy purp in it. It's a nice plant. You should check out AK Bean Brains.

Needs to go another 2 to three weeks. might want to start to cut off upper stuff first, do be afraid to do it in stages as it matures. Watch the pistols for that deep amber change about 80% should be that color, trichomes should be white and mushroom shaped. Pistols are the best way to tell. Always had the best luck with 80% method also easy to see.

Really it’s 80 days old I’m afraid of amber trichomes I want milky trichomes peak maturity it sprouted September 1

Trust me I know it’s tough to be patient. Especially if you have goals for your crop like thanksgiving edibles , or a specific harvest date idea in your head. Unfortunately plants don’t use calandars so they don’t care how long the breeder claimed they would grow or when you want them harvested.

The signs of ripeness are pretty standard for cannabis plants. Your plants were only in the first stage of this process when you started this thread. Still many WEEKS away.

First a few of the pistils begin turning color and start receding. Your plant is just starting to ripen. Depending on the strain you could still have two months to go. We're just starting this journey.

Two to four weeks later you'll notice that most of the pistils(>80%) have now changed color and curled back into the bud. It's frosty, way bigger than it was a few weeks ago(aren't you glad you waited), and smells dank! It's time, right? Not a chance killer. Patience is a virtue.

Over the next 2-3 weeks it doesn't look much different, maybe a little more swelling in the calyxes, and the rest of the pistils change over, but the stems are starting to bend under the weight of the buds. These ladies are putting on weight internally by adding density and now the buds are doing their final ripening.

Now you can begin looking at trichomes, on the calyx, not the leaves, and harvest according to your preference. When looking at trichomes it’s essential to look at them from the side. The bulbous heads can magnify the opaque stalk under it. Looking from the side allows you to more accurately see the condition of the resin in the trichome head.

There is still no rush to harvest, the window just opened, and you have several weeks before you MIGHT start having to think about it possibly beginning to get too ripe. It takes WEEKS for plants to mature not days.

It is very easy to harvest a plant to early. It is very hard to harvest a plant to late. I’ve never seen someone accidentally wait too long.

You seem to be way too impatient to grow. You need to read more on growing. Maybe even pause after this plant and before the next. You just don't seem to be familiar with the different plant life stages and what to look for or strive for to be a successful harvest. Also, i won't add much wlse cause i feel I'll be talking to myself, but you are not the same quality grower as the breeder you bought the seeds from. You don't have the same space as them. The same lights as them. The same soil or meduim as them. The same nutrients as them, or just even the same techniques as them. You will not EVER get the same exact results as them. When you see a time for finished seeds it is THEIR time. Most autos that arent cut early(like you have been wanting to do for weeks now) will not be done before 90 days. Good luck on your growing future.

It’s fine 90 days will be 10 days from now I’ll start checking around then. I grew a.n auto once let it go for 92 days and finished product wasn’t good I just don’t wanna harvest too late. That’s all I appreciate the help and no I’ll grow again when new seeds come. Improvement with time

Are the leaves actively turning brown and crispy? It looked possible from a photo you posted above
