I can’t find any help on diagnosing for this seedling. Anybody have any suggestions. Planted it in happy frog soil. Water with tap. should I start feeding it. It has been about a weak since it sprouted so it’s growing pretty slowly.

Day 12, since day 10 the leaves' edges are curling. my question is: can this only be related to overwatering or also other environmental causes? (i overwatered the plant in day 9 and the soil is still wet now) I keep the light (CFL 150w) away 10 cm and the temp in my room is on average 25°C.
