If i used a 34w and 42w cfl on one female plant using a 24-Hour light cycle for the first 4 - 5 weeks and then 12/12 for another 6 or so, would that work or is it not enough light?

I was wondering what you would get off of a plant with 1 42W CFL, I know it won't be much nor will it be good. I know it's hard to tell until you've seen the plant but i mean just off of hypothesis what do you think one might get from that?
