The humidity is naturally lower in when the lights are out, although when the heat drops after your lights go out you will have some condensation. Do you monitor the humidity? And what is your set up, growing in dirt is less humid cause you may not have allot of water resivoirs and such.

looks like lacking nutes to me. you say its worse after a rain, well the rain is flushing out the nutes.

Mold could ruin your whole crop, gotta keep air circulating and humidity in check.

Also I would like to add, just like about anything in life, how efficient you are at growing has more to do with it than the light your using. I am sure there are folks on this forum that could take a 150 watt light and out grow some that are using a 400 watt light.

yea, that would work. Although I'm am sure there is a minimal cut-off at some point, you can use any amount of light to grow, but the more light you have the more growth youll get. Don't expect to have a massive yield, but yea youll have some bud to smoke, maybe enough to last ya till your next...

Best way to stop algae growth is to stop light from getting to the wet areas. cover the exposed growing medium. Any water containers should be light proof and black, if not black cover them with something like aluminum tape or blk duct tape.

I'd flush rather than take the chance of having harsh chemical laden smoke that may leave with a sore throat.

you can change it, just when the lights go have them come back on when you want, but be sure not to cut the dark time short, if you have to leave them off more than 12 to get to the desired on time.
