No lol not now when its time if you think it’s rootbound just rough the roots up and plant it
Ah gotcha. Yup already got my hole dug. Same spot as last year cuz since it's 50% in the shade don't have to harden it just set it and forget it. Less than 4 weeks now or really just when I'm sure it not gonna frost again

Spring ambitions! Been a long winter bongsmilie
Sure felt like it hasn't it? I gotta get drug tested in two days or else I lose my driver's license again so I'm going sober until around harvest time but that's fine cuz I need to get my life in order and stop being a loser anyway. I love weed just like the next guy but it seems to work out best when u smoke when ur working hard and already got your life headed in a direction you want. Otherwise, not so much. Plus I've been buying sativas and this here plant is indica, I actually like indica more because the crazy thoughts and such aren't as pronounced. I like being in control of my head. Just gotta make sure to not get lazy on indi lol. In-da-couch they call it.

Kinda hard to see but I can tell the stipules are gonna cross by the way they're angled so slightly increased chance it's a girl. And just like last year this was a solo seed I found in sum indica I bought. Them are some crazy odds imo

Well FWIW last yr they crossed before I even got preflowers and it turned out to be female. I just try to look on the bright side y'know? I mean it beats crushing soul sucking pessimism and shitty negativity that's for sure and that's the hallmark of the times we are in anyway. Been there done that

Question. There are now four weeks remaining until may 20th which is my set-out date. Daylight will be ~14 hours so in order to progressively reduce light exposure from 24 hours to 14 hours by then I should be giving it ~20 min less light a day.

( 24 hrs - 14 hrs = 10 hrs = 600 min / 28 days = ~21 min / day )

I have it in the middle of a garage so it's not light isolated right now but could this be as simple as getting a light proof black sheet, switching the lights off and covering it for 20 min more each day?
You don’t need to cut that much. I’ve been going from 16 -17 hours a day straight outside May 10-15 for years which is almost 15 hours at 45N

Thanks then I'll just cut it down to like 16 hours of light and stay there till I put it out on like may 20

Shit i keep falling asleep before 10:00 which is when the lights go off and i cover this thing. Guess i'm getting old :/

That would only work if there would be no ambient light on the plant correct? I can put the lights on a timer but there will still be spillover light from the room.

Then again it's only for indoor flowering that it needs to be absolutely light tight so hmmmm
Disturbing the night with light while vegging has never been an issue for me just wouldn't risk it during flowering but then again some nights it gets brighter at night then what you read lightning storms can light up the sky light day time over and over and not be an issue I think it's while growing indoors plants receive total uninterrupted darkness and since never being exposed to light of any kind a single slip up with light indoor grow in flower get Hermie's. My plant indoors been exposed to light disturbance during darkness all phases of it's life into week 7 of flower no issues at all what so ever

Yeah i'm vegging indoors atm and just cut light hours down to 16 which is apparently more or less what it will get when i put it in the ground around may 20 - june 1. It's on a timer but some nights like last night i forgot to cover it up or fell asleep but ya i don't think it's a big deal at all during veg. It's during indoor flower where a brief light exposure during its 12 hours of dark or whatever could fuck it up like you said. I've never tried flowering indoors yet but this is only my second grow, i guess the only light that you can have in the room is one that is green. When it's flowering outside which for me is like late august and onward i don't think shit like moon glow or lightning flashes which are what, a 10000th of a second are enough to interrupt its dark significantly. If that was the case I would have hermied last year. Instead i ended up with a little over a lb all said and done, but not as good as it could have been cuz i was too much of an eager beaver and harvested too early. Rookie mistake i won't repeat this yr :bigjoint:

It's not a confirmed female , you're only right when it's confirmed.
