so i'm sitting here, knowing most of my plants need watering, and yet, i'm realllllllly stoned and am trying to convince myself i can wait another day! maybe if i leave the light off and just use the regular bulb in the room. it will be like a cloudy day... lol

i'm really likeing my stonehenge/unknown BOG genetic. since it's been curing for awhile the taste etc is even nicer. i have a few of them as seedlings but i'm thinking i might bump thaqt up to make it half of my vegging crop.

then again, this is why i have so many crosses that i haven't tried yet. i find something i like and smoke it for a few grows. maybe i'll flip a coin...

Awesome beav! They are looking great :eyesmoke: that is weird that the lavender does that. Looks to be a ph problem but that has to be impossible. I know how good of a grower you are! Very weird indeed though

SO I AM GOING TO COURT! Not for anything significantly bad but this new ATF law has me quite pissed. Yesterday I went to go purchase an ar15. On top of that I was getting a combo set of pistols. Anyways when I went to go do my background check I went to pull out my ID and underneath it was my green card. As disappointed as the gunsmith sounded, he informed me that being a MMJ patient not only can I not purchased ANY firearm in the U.S. but can't have or own one. Thank GOD I have some very good medicine that couldn't get me in a bad mood if I tried. But now that I woke up today I feel pissed. I really wanted to shoot that ar15 today on my day off. Because of this I made a call to my lawyer. He stated that it will be a LONG process and ALOT of money and I might not ever win but that is besides the point. Who in the hell does our government think they are trying to take my second amendment away?? I've already talked to two of my patients that were vietnam vets. They said that is ridiculous and goes back in everything they stood for and fought for. Sorry for rambling....wrong place kinda too but I was wondering what your guys thoughts were....

Dang that sucks I have a shorty edition AR, we could have blasted rounds together. Its some wack ass shit man! Try not to buy so many guns at one time the ATF will be on your ass I have a buddy who bought like 4 guns at one time and he's not a MMJ user or anything and the ATF showed up at his door..

Advice....

It is a Federal law that you are violating. State law enforcement will not do anything but the Federal agencies will haul you in.

ATF is federal and they will come after you if you buy a gun from a FFL. FFLs are required to call in the paperwork and get approval.

LOOPHOLE..... Best way to buy a gun........... Get your CCW. (MOST IMPORTANT)
Then when you go fill out paper work at FFL dealer they do NOT have to call in the transaction since your CCW verifies status and they do not call ATF for approval. the FFL is required to hold records of transaction and IF the ATF wants to look into you then WOULD have to go to every FFL in the state and gather info oppose to it being in the SYSTEM that you were purchasing a firearm.

Thanks man. Made a mental note. I already knew most of that but not about the concealers permit. That is was a CCW is right? Either way it's against our rights as Americans to carry a firearm. Just because I decide to medicate NATURALLY rather then SYTHETICALLY for my ailments I get punished? I just don't get our government. If I had millions I would fight this to the end. It's just the priciple that our government shouldn't be able to bully us around.

great point. i never even thought of that. i have had my ccw for a couple years now. ever since the concealed carry law changed no on really gets them and they are like 1/3 the price the used to be. i have long sold my guns though, out of everything i have read and seen mmj and guns are not a good combination for many reasons. on the one hand i dont think marijuana is worth killing someone over ( a stun gun works just fine) on the other hand if you are busted by the feds and you have guns and weed then the minimum sentencing kicks in and you are pretty much fucked. i do miss my smith and wesson military and police sub compact 9mm. that used to be my concealed carry.

yes concealed weapons permit.

Not required to conceal a fire arm in Arizona but Highly recommended to take course.. great stuff to be learned...
I believe it should be Mandatory to take a gun class like the CCW or at least have been taught by an elder about gun safety...

you might be able to go to a pawnshop they are more laxed with the back round check, another loop hole in the laws...
I would stay away from pawnshops.... If the are being LAXED about the laws I would RUN away....
gun shows are usually a good bet. you could also look into private party sales. thats how i sold all my guns. just be smart and use your head (meet in a public place, get a written contract, etc.). a good place to go is backpage.com
