I have tried what was called Atomic NL. It was nothing like the real NL#5 I grew for 10 years+. I would dtay away from it. Stick with the great Kush's and Og's. While not the best yielders, thay rarely dissappoint on the quality front.

They've got alien OG right now as well as xj-13. That'd be my choice.

fuck harbor side, sold me clones infected with powdery mildew. I know for a fact it wasn't my doing for i take many many precautions. + it appeared only 2 days after i received them so it had to been inoculating for some time. Any way the best place Ive ever gotten clones from is Elixir in San Jo. The guy who makes the clones is a 65 year old man who has been growing cannabis for 35 years. Every clone is pristine, and have at least anywhere from 4-8, nodes for only 8 bucks.

TBH I don't even worry about PM or mites anymore. My treatments for them work. I live out in the woods anyways, so it's just as likely I'll get some through my AC. I don't even care how good the clones are. If the genetics are good, I'll make them healthy. Quality of the genetics is way more important than health of the clone.

I need a strain that finishes around 50-60 days this is for outdoor and elevation is 3300'. Ran Hindu Skunk and Afgoo last few times, looking for a flavor change. In the blusky catalog xj didn't look very frosty. I'm sure it's just the pics though, because the HS didn't look that great either in the book. But had lots of frost on it and was super strong, like 2-3 hr buzz.

You need to treat those things, i use the CNS 17 and works pretty dam good. I think the pro tekt helps as well. I'm also more concerned about plants being labeled correctly. I looked that place up online and there menu is sub par, gonna have to pass on that one, but thanks for the heads up.

I've grown XJ13 before. It's dank as fuck and really dense. Don't let the picture fool you, it's definitely a strain with above 20% thc potential.

Here's a lab test to prove it.

The only thing I'd warn about is the yield which is slightly below average-average.

If you're looking for a quick finisher that still produces good nugs, I think you should check out blackberry kush.

From what i read about BBK it takes up to 70 days to finish? Does it finish faster outdoor? Also do you have any others you could recommend for an alternative?

My friend is running nothing but BBK. She says it finishes in just under 60, so IDK.

Casey Jones is high yielding high thc that finishes in around 8 weeks too.

I have no idea. Looks good, but I've never grown it so I really don't know.

Be careful getting clones in Cali, spider mites are all over the place and often people cloning them don't care if you catch mites later once it's sold their are no returns and no refunds

I've never had an issue with spidermites outside. They don't breed outdoors quickly enough to do any real harm in my experience. Spidermites live outside in the forest where I live. Even if I grow strait from seed I'll still get mites. They aren't invincible. You just have to know how to manage them.

Many of the "big name" collectives that have multiple batches of plant strains often do not care for their clones properly, do not know what strains they offer, or worse yet, they take patient donated clones. Some patients grow incredible clones, while others bring in sad puppies. I have gotten more plants that have pests on them from some of these already named dispensaries than I can reasonably count. There is a dispensary in the south san jose area that offers Clean Cut Clones. They have them ready to order, no pests, no diseases. They have around 18-22 different strains. PlatinumOG, Cannadential, Romulan, grapefruit romulan, white widow, agent orange, green crack supreme, mendo afgooey, Banana Kush (might still be too young to clone from) and a shit ton more. I'd list them all but thats the only strains I remember off the top of my head. This is the ONLY dispensary I pick up clones from now and refuse to go to any place that does not grow and select their own clones.

anyone know of a spot to get good size teens or moms in the north or east bay?
oakland organics. try the platinum OG or purple Mr Nice.

I'd assume Medicann in Santa Rosa will be the same since they are the same company who owns Oakland Organics and all of the clones in the Oakland store come from Medicann in Santa Rosa.
