Hey Sutra, I don't think I'm over reacting, but if you count repeated negative experiences, long delays in responses, and time spent waiting to receive wrong and repeatedly damaged equipment as "good customer service", I'd hate to see what you consider bad service.

I would take the next step and invest in a HID light, there are some good starter kits out there for reasonable prices. Also, get a PH kit and check your water often. Finally, I'd invest in Fox Farm nutes, they have work fantastic and a $16 bottle will last you through many grows. Good luck!

I put my seeds in a paper towel and set them on top of the water heater. Warm and dark, just the way they like it. They loved it and sprouted like crazy in a matter of hours! Try it, it worked great for me.
