Yes I do I'm currently shooting for around 400 ppfd.

That meter can't read PAR above 660nm. The XS-1500 Pro does have light above that frequency so you might want to add a percentage to the readings that you get from the meter.

Also, that plant will probably do well with double that amount of light. I say that because cannabis thrives at high light levels and plant yield and crop quality increase in an almost linear manner as light level increase. There's no need to turn it up, of course but that light maxes out at about 1000µmols which means, assuming that your grow environment is as good as it looks to be, you should be able to max out the 1500 and you'll get a metric shitton of weed.

Check out the "Frontiers…" document - it's the source of the data I've put into the table. These data are for average PPFD in flower. Increasing PPFD from, say, 750 to 900 resulted in almost 15% more yield. With the PAR meter, you should be able to dial PPFD in pretty closely and then the Mark IV eyeball after that.

the plant in my current grow is 72 days above ground, in day 8 of flower. I just got the average PPFD over 1000µmols. The numbers in columns 1 and 4 are the standard deviations of the values in columns 2 and 3. The plant has a nice flat canopy which is why the StDev numbers are so low.

Thank you I will keep that in mind when I decide to change the light cycle back to 12/12. I noticed I have healthier plants when I veg between 400-600 ppfd. The meter is really just a guide to get me close. :eyesmoke:
