1. yes it does have lenses,
2. looking at the Par value distribution chart it has better light spread and higher par values with the lenses than without i would expect bigger buds with better expression of the strain terpines as a result.

Thanks but I guess I’m not really into it. Nice light though. For now I’ll stick to my Phlizon FD6500

yes it does have Lenses, ive actually been meaning to set up a 2x4 tent for ages, this light would be the perfect choice
because, of the lenses effect on light spread in the tent, i think the Vipar Spectra XS1500 Pro would make happy, healthy looking plants

Be nice to see some one do a wattage and PAR reading … the map is pretty vague with the width , length and height with those numbers.

Looks like the lenses provide a more even light distribution. I wouldn’t mind one of these new lights out. @alaskaman @Bradjw071 @cabezapayo

With the abundance of light will plants express differently again? When switching from HPS to LED there were stains that faded purple that never had before and quality skyrocketed. Are lenses the next big step in LED tech?

i have two of the older version in my 2x4 overflow/quarantine tent. it will be a bit too hot in a couple months to support most weed plants. i flowered an auto in it this winter and vegged a few plants. the plants can't really take it at full blast at 24 inches...maybe in flower for photos at 12/12 it they would handle it better. it runs pretty cool, maybe siilar to my s33 on 60%/157w.

i have a 2x2x4 that is mostly free.

2pcs X1500 PRO will be good for 2x4.

The New-Gen Lens is algorithmically positioned to create the highest PAR map and the deepest penetration. It's with better and more average PAR distribution which could boost yields to a higher level.

What are the exact dimensions of this light?

(I ran into trouble because my closet is exactly 24” wide, and the excellent light I got from Spider Farmer just wouldn’t fit.)

This would be interesting to test for my seed starts coming up..

It's about to get crazy around here with all the veggie starts for the season

yes i agree, if i get picked at a tester, i will be running clones of rare dankness Karma Bitch a Skywalker OG cross with Nevils wreck 9-10week finish in clayballs, under the Vipar Spectra XS1500.

With its new lenses, i think the lighs will perform well and spread the light evenly in the 2 x 4 tent

The dimensions of XS1500 PRO are 14.2"x11", it can be put in 24” wide easily.
