i use Gnatrol got a pound of it a long time ago last a long time, its great stuff, it doesn't work right away but after a few weeks u can tell the difference big time. i use it in my soil mixes sometime before i even plant anything in it, great for prevention. i havent seen it at a lot of shops but i got it at Sea of Geen.
thats a pretty cool way to set up your light they get an hour more each day it really adds up i thinks, but remember if it works for you then Do It !

You wont its all about prevention my dumb ass didnt treat the clones that came from Cali.. I should have treated the coco they were in with Azamax. Another good rule of thumb is that when your harvest is done wipe down the walls of your tent / room with a bleach rag and then throw some of those bug grenades in the room to kill everything. If you are starting from seed you shouldnt have too many bug problems oh yeah and keep your pets out of your grow room, bugs live in their hair and would love to find a new home in your garden.
