AZ is good to sell anything with a name most stuff isn't got a name on consumer level I havent heard any strawberry cough but we have no dispensaries yet. So, diversity isn't too big I dont think we got really great bud down here . All I ever got was trainwreck, blue dream, afgani goo, pot of gold, charlie sheen, and terminator. so sell to highschoolers cuz they b all like "omfq das a strain yall ima get dat fo shosees" and they are white too. Unfortunately h got way big since i been in highschool so I dunno but i think weed demand went down its a motherfuckin shame all those kids on h. I think a dealer with a variety would do really good down here. get some neon super skunk or atomic northern lights because they look CRAZy. Anyway I think AZ would be a very lucrative venture if you did it right.
To add to this, if you are approved to grow before any dispensary opens you can continue to grow until the remainder of your cards expiration date. For example, if you are growing 12 plants right now and planned a SOG technique or perpetual and a dispensary opened next week, you wouldn't have to stop completely. You could continue to grow through out the year and when you were up for a renewal to cultivate is when the Government would calculate how far away you were from the nearest dispensary. If you fell in that 25 mile radius you would then be revoked to grow.
