Apples and oranges. To each his own. Blackberry is fire, GG , Blue Dream-matic. The newer Orange Sherbet is a terp and frost monster and the wedding cheesecake is excellent.

May have been that you only tried one or two strains. A plants potential is left to the grower. 100%
Genetics play a major part. I tried like 8 or 9 strains.

But as a grower you can control node spacing and such if you know your lighting and soil situations.

Thank you for replying
Yeah I tried autos and they went really smooth, no major issues. Then I tried photos and there were a couple major mistakes but they still turned out as good or better than the best auto I ever did which was gelato. Being able to train them as much as you want makes a major difference.

Don't want to go that far away cause then I can't help the people who need help here, feel me??? But I'm wasting my talent here...
I miss having you around though Nitty. The o ly reason i became talkative on RIU was going to autos right when you got on here and you started messaging me. That was March 18'. My account goes back to September 12'. Need some good characters here. Really stale is the auto section on most days. Atleast pop in more often to bullshit more.

I am curious, is there a reason you don't like Nirvana seeds other than them coming from out of the USA? I ask because they were the only ones I found producing Maui Waui seeds so I just got an order of them. Is it a customer service thing, a location thing or genetics?

As a second question do you know anything about Sensi Seeds?
I've actually grown the Hawaii Maui Waui seeds from Nirvana seeds and it is pure fire. One of my favorites that i'll eventually buy more of and run again some day.

I've Grown two Autos from a random website seedking, now named Seedbank, didnt give a breeder description or brand. One pheno was short with fat colas, the other was taller and smaller colas, both smelled and tasted similar, stem rub and all. Quality Dank Bud IMO, But NOW I'm growing A "3 Bears OG" (Mephisto) and a "Pluto Cut R F3" (Ethos) Autoflower and both are Looking better than my First 2.

Limited drops speaks to Mephisto's business plan. That or that are incompetent. Judging by the few I tried, I don't think they are incompetent. I have found good autos from Dutch Passion, Sweet Seed, others.
North Atlantic has shipped quick.

Not sure if this helps but I ordered Tangerine Dream and Critical Purple from Growers Choice. Grew them outside and they grew awesome, well all but one but still very happy as they produced awesome, smoke great with an awesome smell and taste and dense buds. My only complaint is that two of the Tangerine Dream plants seem to not be the same strain. One has a SUPER heavy diesel smell and look and the other is taking much longer than the others to finish, and looks different as well. The Critical Purple only one turned the beautiful purple color one was the very weak grower and the other three look the same but dont appear to be the same as the purple plant. I am a new grower, grew them outside all natural so nothing added, same soil which is the native soil I checked the PH of, and I am suspecting I might have gotten more strains than I was expected so I suspect some wrong seeds.

No. You just bought a strain that hasn't beeb breed to stabilize a specific plant. That means the same strain can show different heights, looks, smells, colors and on and on.

Most strains are made by a Mother and Father and the offspring is the made strain. It is a 1st generation of that strain. F1(or S1 if you used FxF pollon and not a Male). Most companys leave the strain this way just as some ony make regular seeds(M and F) so you can experience many different looks and characteristics and choose to keep growing the version of the strain you like. To get more stable you need a 1st gen M and F to reproduce making the 2nd gen and so forth. If you grow 10 plants that were taken to F8 than they would almost always be the same identical plant. Maybe you don't like it. But if you get F1 you can grow 10 and search for the beat plants and when it comes to photos, this is where you further breed the strain.

Anyone here ever order from Nirvana?
I've bought many seeds from Nirvana; never got anything exceptional other than some Super Silver Haze that was from the original breeder. Just chopped the last of my autos from the Attitude. They are good bud but barely an oz on each. This was an outdoor organic soil grow.
