Can someone give updated information on this. I am ordering for the March promo, so don't have enough time to wait for the permanent Green Dot card. I read about NetSpend. Does that card work international as soon as you buy and register it? EDIT: Just noticed that you can only get Netspend from them by ordering online, so scratch that one for now.
I saw a few cards at walmart, but did not look closely enough to find out what brands they were. Going back now. Will make a list of what's there and do more research. Will report back.
