if you ordered by online you have an electronic trail...even if you pay with cash. so....there is a but here....unless you go in person.
They dont have enough people to monitor what goes on, on the internet. But they have plenty of bank personell to see whats going on with their customers..

Youve got to know how to access Headie Gardens.

This is a great list. Do you keep any sort of lists for breeders as well? I'm always interested to see what breeders are rising or falling these days.

that would be way more difficult. takes 5 min to make and order, but take 5 months and some space to find out anything about a breeder. from what I gather certain strains are better at certain breeders and then some breeders are just always what they are good or lackluster. i won't probably ever buy more thseeds or dutch passion due to late flower nanners that i don't get on other stuff. the dutch passion stuff tastes so good...the blueberry is scrumptious. the 2 thseeds lacked in flavor. i grow 7 to 8 strains at a time now, so i am going hit a few breeders in the next year. already done La Plata Labs (they have full herms in their seeds, but also have fire), HSO fantastic, Dinafem was great. nasc white label was good. i just finished some sweet seeds and it was the nicest or second nicest of the 7 this round super frosty. The Chemdawg 91 cut Barney's farm has is really good. best bud has been probably from HSO, Banana Sapphire, best yeild and strongest no ceiling high. the spanish breeders are good despite the rep here. i will pull some ace seeds in the next week and it looks great, very different but quite substantial. I am also running for the first time twenty20, HSC, Ripper, and some Brokeboy Genetics, a white label freebie, plus a new one from Barney's.

only for a few breeders have i seen consistently bad looking stuff online. most of it looks pretty good. best breeder description to outcome was Barney's Farm hands down, consistent and exactly like all the reviews too. worst was Thseeds Bubblegum. It's supposed to be indica.....it was not. it sucked and seeded itself for no damn reason and gave not even one visible nanner.

they don't get to keep your money. if they try, get a lawyer. they don't get to have a policy that allows them to steal no matter the Ts&Cs. if you didnt' break the law, they have no recourse. this almost seems bogus. most vendors don't have this issue...just a few. there are some vendors that sell sticker or tshirts or whatever as a front...seems to work just fine. some send yo you a separate email (whatever that does). maybe don't post stuff on your IG that suggests illegal activities might be going on. who orders from IG anyway. there are many great vendors out there than can afford to run a normal website and use a reasonable method of payment. Let me know when NASC, seedsherenow or multiverse has this issue....i bet they never do.

Man you sure are confident about things you know nothing about. Seeds here now has had this problem multiple times. PayPal does and has kept many people’s money. Maybe corpos have the money to try and fight them, but those are the last companies I would deal with.

that is why you need a lawyer.

Why , so they can keep your money AND you waste even more on a lawyer? There is nothing illegal about what paypal and others do. That is why they do it. A lawyer does not change that fact.

Cheers :)
if it's not Amazon's money, they can't keep it. your lawyer, in about 150 dollars and a single hour is required to tell you the truth about how easily it will be to get said money, or if there is alternative method. that is why they study law...and remember, you didn't. you obviously don't use lawyer. i do and make a lot of money off them.
