Can you help me figure out this issue?

These are outdoor plants in soil, using H&G nutrients. I’m getting a little curling and holes in the leaves. Not the entire plant. Maybe 10% of the fan leaves. Overall the plant looks healthy and is growing well. I have not sprayed anything on them for insects. I’m thinking maybe grasshoppers?? But I’ve never seen any in the garden during the day. I know there’s grasshoppers around though, they land on me when cutting the grass. Can bugs make them curl a bit or is that a nutrient issue?

This is my first time growing outdoors in soil. I’ve grown indoors with coco for years so I’m pretty good at diagnosing issues, but this one has me scratching my head. No visible bugs on the leaves.

Also, I’m using pond water with a starting ppm of 160. I have not had it tested.

I don't know exactly what your issue is, but where I grow outdoor, the bug pests will mess my shit up bad. I do weekly preventative maintenance with neem, spinosad, and BT foliar and root drench. I stop applying foliar sprays when flowering starts. If I don't do preventative maintenance, the bugs fuck my grow up bad.

Good luck! Peace :peace:

If you're going to apply foliar sprays, only apply after sunset. If sunlight hits leaves wet with this stuff, it will burn the crap out of them.
