First time crop have some questions

So i am first time grower just asking some questions, and i dont like calling my friends all the time to ask them, so here are my questions, first let me tell u what i have
i have a 5x5x7 grow tent with a 1000wt hps light , i just baught a can fan and filter but im waiting for that to get here , my friends gave me some really dank seed that i have germanited ( i can not spell) and they are in soil and sprouting , now should i get a humidifier bc when i go and check on the sproutings seems like my dirt is drying up fast and from what i have read that u should wait intill your dirt is light brown and flaky b4 watering
well this is 2 times a day its like that i have a fan in there and my room temp is at about 86 dagrees . now what should i do? and another thing is i have a friend who said i can have a C02 tank he owns a bar so he has alot of them should i get a regulator and use it or would it just be a wast of money my first time growing? so if any one has some helpful tips thats would be awersome ...

oh yea and under the humidifer queston it cold where i live so the heat in here makes my house super dry so does this make it any worse? thank your for any one that thats can help

86 is kinda high and if your watering a seedling two times a day then it has to be too hot or your overwatering. the co2 would kinda be a waste of time unless you have all the other conditions met and a sealed room. good luck

yes 86 is kinda high for a seedlinf. but that ok if you have really good freash air intake and a good exhaust when they get bigger. for now try to get the temp down around 75 to 78 degrees.

i havev very dry air where i live too my humidity is 29% most of the winter months. you could try a humidity dome over your plants as far as how to tell when to water stick your finger in the soil down to the first or second joint if soil is dry water if still wet wate till dryer. also pick up your pots to get a feel for how heavy they are wey and dry if you have an extra empty pot put soil in water then let it get very dry to get a feel for how heavy it is whenn dry if you can put the humiditfyer near your intake so the humidfyer dosen't heat up your tent. if a co2 regular is in your budget with free tanks go for itthe humidity will only efect the size of the fan blades on your plant. wide blades in high humidity narrow blades in low humidity it will make you soil dry out faster

thanks alot, no i turned my fan on higher im hoping that will work bc i cant really do a cold air intake bc its in a room by it self and i have a window there but it will look kinda obvius with a piece of card board and a tube in it or any other way really small town people watch every thing some one see's that then there is a red flag, so if there are any other suggestions to make it cooler then what i have already done please let me know thanks

ya those old ladyshave to drink there coffe and gosup. sticking there noses where they don't belong. only have 2500 resadents
