Sorry I know that picture doesn't show much. After pushing the duct through and sliding the insulation over the tent sleeve go around the outside and take another piece and pull the duct work out from the inside (just push the insulation back, grab the duct and keep pulling it should give you several inches to work with.). Just tape the duct from the new piece to the duct that's coming through your sleeve from the inside

My eyes lit up with the first paragraph!! I got exactly what you mean and that is just simply amazing! I now know how to get larger sizes of acoustic ducting into my tent and manage to get it outside also without any lengths of non insulated pieces of ducting.

Thanks! I am always amazed at the new things I learn every day on this site!! But I have to say this is one of the rarer bits of info. Not heard this way of managing it. I could easily get 6" ducting in my tent now!

Yeah I've had a really hard time tying to figure put what to do with my ventilation. I have a 435 cfm 6" hurricane inline that I've had for a month but haven't used BC I was in a closer. I just set my new tent up yesterday and I love it. I have my intake coning from an air conditioner
And my hood has plexiglass so my fan just pulls the air through the open side of the hood and out the tent. I think I'm gonna take the air conditioner line and run it straight to my hood, and then get a cheaper fan for the exhaust side of the hood. Then I could use my big fan and attach it to a carbon filter, I'll probably run it out of the ceiling there's a flap.

But I like how right now the air conditioner pulls fresh cold air from outside and puts it in my tent, but with my new bulb and ballast it still gets like 85 in there way hotter than my closet 400 metal halide got

sure ..... i am running one cool tube in this one thrusday friday i get my second in
regural flexie ducting here
u would take it up to here then put that connector between the inside and outside
and u would connect it to the insulted ducting here outside the tent
goes to the fan and out the back
and u vent it outside .........i got one of those worklights removed the reflector cut a 7 inch hole in it then taped the ducting to that and then the hole thing to a honeywell window fan and that adds extra suck ........plus from the outside it all dark

sheet with some cardborad up to act as a light blocker (sheet has been there for more then 11 years guy house curtains)

my intake since the fan sucks on the left my intake is on the right and hence why the cardborad to block the light more .......u look from outside it is a fan in a window

yea that looks way more profeshinal than mine but i am also using completly different ducting leme show mine and ill show u what ive done with myducting ans what would u do..,. but i am not putting this isulation in the tent...

hey man we got to start someplace...........u did more then alot of ppl could of on own and figured parts out ..............i done little ducting work before as side job back in my teen years

but if u fallow what i showed........u will look like a pro and when u are done for the season the break down will be quick ............just use that connector for the part tho the tent ..............u need 2 extra hose clamps

if u like next time my light is on a off cycle i will pull the part that is hooked to the window fan out and take some better pics so u can look and copy it ............

good job happy u got a female ............rem the first week of flowering u give half grow half bloom becuase she is going to start to strech out

the last thing i said was just a good luck statement ............odds of getting one to bend the top cola over is low for us noobs .........i think that is hydro and 1000watts to do it and the right strain

how many do u have going........ u got one make sure u keep checking any others to look for males and remove them if u get some (u should grow it out side and collect the pollen for seed making later)

u have now...... now stay calm and do not go cray with tring to figure out what is best to get the most just start one idea and run it to the end make notes and do the next ..........it is what we all do .............the most important thing do not jump the gun and cut the plant to soon it flowering today (check the strain info and get a rought idea how many weeks/days it has to go before ripe) and then around that day u need to look take a picture and get a judgement call for maximum goodness

oh on here u can post pics and talk about it since we really have no idea who u are and the mods are not greedy assholes that can be gotten to with right price (good mods thank u ) ..............but ppl on the outside shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh u have nothing they ask why u are happy football is starting soon (or some excuse that fits u) shut up they do not need to know untill it is all done and u got them stoned on it ........that is bragging time

this stuff is organic and is made for soil ...........u just mix it up then apply it to the soil the rest of the work is done by the soil

i do not like fox farms feeding stuff sinnce techinally it is chemcial so those little micbros in the soil die off since they are not getting feed ...............i am telling u set becuase i use it and aslong as u keep going u never have to PH the water ...............it has not failed me for 3 grows and i am about to order anouther box (the calmg+ goes first )

Gotta say, I'm partial to the gorilla tape as well. When I'm done working with duct tape my finger tips are still intact. Gorilla is serious shit, it bonds to skin and just about anything else. Plus has a higher tensile strength. But be careful it will bond and remove paint, skin, it'll even remove a layer of wood if you let it sit for 8 hours

I kinda wana keep it simpler with just one nute such as fish emulison... are u organic? i mean can i just have just 1 overall nute? ohh ya my soil is happy frog

the box i linked yah is all organic................it is the complete system ..............has everything that our plants like including squid blendered up for the soil

it has a plan on the side of the box..............that is what looks like

the mix they are telling u is for one gallon (us gallon 3.79 liters)

ohhh fuck yeahh this is what i want im ordering it now !!

that is what goes tho the passage in the tent u tie off into that ...................inside the tent u can use the standard flexible stuff..........it is only outside the tent u worry about heat transfering to the air that it is sucking in

I wish I would've seen this post yesterday justugh you know everything! I got the connector piece justugh suggested in his response but I had to figure that out on my own after getting irritated and frustrated, my tent is properly ventilated now and I was able to keep my temp at 81
