the safe # for sizing ac with all other equipment in a sealed room is 6000btu per 1000w hps.this number covers heat from uncooled lamps like gavita and also stuff like propane co2 and large dehuy's.its basically worst case .but if your running a good air cooled setup and no propane burners,and also in a basement you can def drop that number to 4000btu per 1000w hps or should i say heat.
i wanna see some pics of led other than cree cobs that have the frost most of us want like this .no offense @Big smo because as long as your happy it dont matter what others think.but i could not move those fat nugs you posted here to my pot snobs,its pretty much hash material in my world.

Dark, green and 3 feet away is much different then 2 inches away and cured. I learned this isn't a bud posting thread but if you want perfect frost popcorn shots I'll be sure to send you some.

HEAT LOAD Calculate the heat generated by person, allow 600 BTU per person. Add the above together to find the total heat load. Divide the heat loadby the cooling capacity of the air conditioning unit in BTU, to determine how many air conditioners are needed.
When I did HVAC we did 500 sqft per ton thats12,000 BTUs.thats also on a well insulated
structure.I used those Mini splits also did not like it the window A/C did better for my application.
It drew over 12amps as much as a1k ballast.

Since this is my first grow I may need some advice. Isn't hash made from resin? If your taking buds without much resin then your hash making isn't really as effective. Idk just been on my mind

No one said the Amare is the be all end all. But since I purchased them things have definitely been great in my room. There is hatred which I can't seem to figure the reason. I posted some photos to show that these 3070's most likely do the same thing as others 3070's and maybe even do better with the supplemental. Who knows maybe they don't help and should only be used in veg. Either way it's not a waste since plants need to veg too. Obnoxious is hating on something that's successful for no reason. Yeah I get out of hand at times but I think I'm a lot calmer than most.

Life is way to short to stress over small shit. We are here on a mj forum to post about mj. If people want to lose sleep over .02% efficiency let them lose sleep. My goal is to grow weed and the lights have done just that. If I can't post this in an led thread things are defo wrong here.

Hell yeah man. Hard work is paying off I see. It's a bitch fighting the elements but you just took a huge step forward. I think mini's vs window are close to a 40% efficiency increase never mind vs a portable that's dumping room air with a single hose setup and with an even lower efficiency. Just hear say, I dont really know specifics but I do know the one is my house is the shit. 15k cools my entire 1950sq' and the heat mode boosts to 18k and heats even in the coldest of days. Whisper quiet and great air purification bonus.

With air cooled lights and that beast you could hang meat in there lol. Awesome!!!

Worst part is half you guys are probably decent people are extremely intelligent but it's wasted on arguing. If I didn't pick up on the intelligence part so soon I woulda been outta here. I learn a lot off of you guys. Head to afn where the mods just yelled at me for talking shit on Mars hydro. Then continued to talk about how his 300w hydro Galaxy was bleaching his plants at 24" away.

nevermind that big ass fuckin plant in the pill bottle,look at all that gunky resin on my used up old ass scissor pile in the backround.and think twice before you call me out on resin lmao,i got more resin on my camera then you would get if ya pressed that whole auto crop into rosin hahahaha.im not takin any of this shit nearly as serious as you bro smo,drop yer temps to 80f,drop the co2 to about 500 and lower your feeds and the resin will come :hump:

I didn't say you couldn't produce resin. That plant is loaded! For working with resin caked buds I keep 2 pairs of scissors and a small jar full of alcohol. I found its the quickest way to get them shiny again so u can keep trimming.

It's great your patients like your "medicine" resin is a big factor. I get it. Turn mine into hash and maybe when your not busy clean that dump up man. How do you people live like animals? Yuck
