Is my plant ok? Light was left on plz help

So i had to be away from my plants for a day and i asked my roommate to turn on/off my lights when the time comes. Surprise surprise he forgot to do it. They've gone a full day in sunlight and their in the 3rd week of flowering. I'm super stressed because i know they can turn hermaphrodite if shocked. Can some one tell me if my babies are gonna be alright?(im gonna throw a rock at my roommates head either way when he gets back)

Just go back to their semi time schedule, with you turning it on and off...
It is what it is...
Maybe you'll get lucky [most likely] nothing will happen...
Now if it happens 4 or 5 times....
You should be fine...

thanks for the input man. i actually got a timer before i left but i havent figured it out quite yet so i wanted him to double check

You are probably fine. Don't be super-stressed. Your Babies will fine. If you throw a rock at your room mates head make sure you kill him. Involuntary Manslaughter is an easier rap to beat than aggravated assault. Fewer witnesses.

then it would not matter ..............infact during veg u can leave it on for 24/0 just duiring flowering u want to change it for that extra frosty look

your gonna be fine and its highly unlikely they herm. I did the same thng and everything came out perfect no herms.

If you cant figure out how to use a timer you should just quit now while your ahead. hahah

Thanks for all the help guys. Figured out the timer(no instructions) there was a switch inside that goes from staying on all the time and the actual timer, who knew haha
