Ok well ive been seeing posts from people giving bad advice on miracle grow so im going to say somthing thats "TRUE", so leave "FALSE" info that you made up out of here or you will probably be called on it.

1. You CAN flush the pre-nuted miracle grow soil....(who ever made up that who said you cant doesnt realize it disolves and runs out the bottum much like any other fert)

2. Miracle Grow doesnt KILL plants..(if your plants died you did it dont blame the soil)

3.Some say would only use it outside for growing pot..........(Oooook whats good outside would be good inside considering its a plant not a kid pissd because it got a pink power ranger in his kids meal if you catch my drift)

4. It does not make your weed taste funny if you flush and use organic hydro nutes in flower and flush just like any other soil....

Why do people consider posting about Miracle Grow if they have never used it?? Yeah ok maybe its not made by compost out of Europe but your growing a damn plant thats called weed becuase it pops up all over the world much like a weed...If you cant grow these plants in Miracle Grow im sorry but you would have killed them in somthing else aswell.

Being totaly organic growing weed is like being a hippie. Witch is ok and for the right reasons its cleaner. But I have not tasted any difference unless it was hydro grown. But simply saying it doesnt work or you cant do this with it is false info.

Being organic is you opinion as well(prolly a better one for the world and your body) But saying that you cant grow with it is wrong and saying that the weed doesnt taste right is wrong. Grown in fox farm and miracle grow and I see no difference in taste if you flush then it will all taste the water you flushed with. Clean water flush=clean weed bottom line dont bash on somthing because "you" want to be organic or say you cant grow unless its organic.

I'm on the fence. The worst smoke I've ever had was grown in MG....but one of my favorites was also. The good one was grown outside and the bad had a half and half life.

Yeah, I have a plant growing in MG and it is doing absolutely perfect, I also have plants in some of the higher end soils, only because I think it will possibly increase the quality of the harvest, but I dont really know, can't tell a difference in the plants to be honest.

Yeah but facts are not opinions........You can grow good bud in miracle grow people saying you cant prolly cant grow good weed in a hydro system and shouldnt even be posting on the subject. Ive seen people go in peoples grow threads just to bash on miracle grow and how it doesnt work....

The only reason they even came in their is because they read somwhere else that it doesnt work and havent even used it. So to those people go buy some germ a seed put some perlite and water it. Add mollasses when its flowering and it WILL grow throw every stage... And please explain how it wouldnt work? Or if you have done it? I did my first 4 grows with just that and they all turned out good maybe not as hard of buds but very good smoke.

Keep in mind every soil grow I do I use miracle grow, mollasses, and tiger bloom. And my weed turns out better then anybodys in the area(that I know) even if they got hydro systems I still get a better yeild....

I wouldn't use MG soil, because of its reputation for carrying pests. Besides, it's pretty expensive for potting soil.

I use standard MG ferts for vegetative growth at 1/2 strength. It works fine for me.

I use Jack's Classic for flowering because it has the right N-P-K for flowering.

I never even check PH anymore because I've never had a problem-- getting a normal 6.5 reading all the time becomes boring.

I really don't know if I buy into the wisdom of going totally organic. I think people get too worried about the word 'chemicals' as if N, P, and K aren't chemicals wherever they come from. I stop nutes about 2 weeks before harvest, and increase amount of plain water as kind of a pseudo-flush. I can't ever taste the difference.

Organics are supposed to include pro-bacteria and microbes that supposedly establish a symbiotic relationship with your plants after a couple of months. They are also supposed to include micro-nutrients, some of which we might not even know that plants need. Sounds good. But anything living can also be a disease vector. And any new potting soil is going to have some mineral micro-nutes anyway.

As for taste, I think conscientious curing to eliminate chlorophyll proteins is much more important to taste than what ferts you use.

More power to those who use organics. But I have done fine without them.

to me organic soil/ fertz doesn't really matter... whatever is on sale at walmart or menards is what i'm buying...of course i buy the right N-P-K value for the stage their in

I used the MG soil on my first grow and other than one turning hermie and polinating the others. They grew just fine and i will probably use it again in the future. I think you are right on the money about people saying it wont work. Those people are full of shit.

I've been in MG organic potting mix for over a month now. The only problem I see with it is that it comes out of the bag at like pH 5-5.5. Amend it with pulverized lime and you can get it to a nice stable buffered 6.8 or so. I looked up some MSDS on the stuff and it containts a ton of trace metals/elements but NO calcium or magnesium. This is why I think it is dangerous. You may have a decent balance with higher pH water going in but any little swing is going to affect all of the soil.

These are ~5 weeks, after a really bad start in the backyard under 100F sunlight for a week before transplant. 50% MG organic potting mix and 50% MG perlite (that shit with the added nutes) and nothing but water and a little epsom salt foliar spray.
