Plant problems, dunno wtf? New to this…

Hey I'm just open to get some advice on what's going on with my plants, there are about six weeks old, these are bag seed because I was sick of wasting seeds that I was paying for.
Specs of grow:
-Indoor small homemade CFL box (about 2'x2.3'x3')
-ProMix HP with added Perlite, vermiculite, worm castings, and SeaSoil Compost (one 8L and one 4L pots)
-CFL grow. I had four 42W(true watt) 6500K Phillips Daylight bulbs, The guy at the grow shop recently convinced me to replace two of them with 26W 6400K Full Spectrum Sun Blaster grow bulbs. I also have one 15 W cool white fluorescent tube going up each side (plants haven't been tall enough to use the tubes yet though). So right now for light I have two 26W Grow bulbs, and two 42W Daylight bulbs.
-I have tried three different kinds of nutrients including, Jake's three-part formula, Greenhouse Seed Co powder feeding, Gaia Green Power Bloom, and now I am using one called Wild Thing (apparently the guy that owns the grow shop came up with this incredible formula 20 some years ago and they been selling tons of it since, he gave me the three-part system for free to try so why not, consists of A=0-9-6, B=5-0-0, M=1-0-1.
- I was watering them every 2 to 4 days, but now it's about once a week for the big pot, and twice a week for the little pot. I recently started using water that I leave an air stone in for 24H.
-Temps are around 75-80F, RH around 33%
-I have two little intake fans at the bottom and one bigger exhaust fan at the top
- Lights are on a 24-0 Cycle.
-PLEASE HELP, it's been months of failing. Many dollars wasted, not to mention how much it pisses my girlfriend off that I spend so much time with it.

Since you're using CFL's you'll want to find a way to get the light closer to your plants, within two to four inches.

Next it seems you're using a lot of different nutrients and you may be over doing it on your plant.

For example, I use Dyna-Gro Grow and Bloom formulas and Cal-Mag.

Feeding instructions suggest say one teaspoon per gallon. That is the equivalent of about 5ML of nutrients. I was feeding close to this at the beginning of flowering at half strength then I looked up the Dyna-Gro feeding chart for soil less grows like coco. It said "Week 1: 2ML"

That is 2ML over the course of the whole week not just per watering and I was watering at least every other day after switching into flowering. When I fed my plant during veg I was putting literal one to two drops in my water every couple or few days and they did wonderfully but dreadfully over fed them in flowering.

Stop spending your money on new nutrients and stick with what you have. Figure out a good feeding schedule and listen to your plant, they'll tell you what they need if you know what you're looking for. This one seems to be screaming about too many nutrients.

Cfls emit most of their light from the sides. The heat is emitted from the tops, which you have above your canopy.

The temps sons good but...I see your thermostat in the pot, at the base of the plant. If the temp you mentioned is from there, I am willing to bet it's at least 10° higher at the canopy, where you should be monitoring.

Your watering technique may be failing you as well. I will give you a link to read on watering, from an expert. It will help you. Brb.

Peace

Thank you for your feedback. So should I flush it and then go with like a quarter strength of what the nutrients tell me to use?

Are you pH'ing the feed or you have buffers in the soil?

My take on this is that its a feeding problem. The plants look terrible. Something you are doing to them is very wrong. What are the ppms youve been using? My guess by looking at them is that you dont have a ppm meter so youre feeding them either too much or not enough, along with a little bit of over watering. Also, why dont you just try raw promix without all the ammended stuff you put in? Because even if you know what the ppms are going in, you dont really know how well the ammendments are holding up... Raw promix is just easier. ;)

I just keep reading on all these forums and what not that those are the best things to add to your soil so that's what I did, as well as the guy at the store suggested it to me. No I do not have a PPM metre so I have no idea what they are at. I was told I only really need a PPM meter if I'm doing Hydro. If I just use straight ProMix, then should I start feeding the day I put it in the soil? Because I was told that with the compost and worm castings the plant has enough food for like a couple weeks

Anytime you are using synthetic nutrients you need a ppm meter. Soiless/promix is pretty much like hydro. Yes you feed it right off the hop. You start low and move to high feeding. Its a gradual progression and once you have a handle on it then its simple to replicate time and time again. The trick as is always the case in growing weed is to keep it simple. Add plant to soiless media, add nutrients to water until they give the desired ppm via the meters display. Or just keep guessing at whats going into the plants "motor". I relate growers without ppm meters to carpenters without tape measures, they know something goes in the spot and they guess but its never ever the perfect fit. Ive been doing this for years and still my most valuable tool is my ppm meter. Trust me on this, youre old lady will thank me when this turns into a walk in the park because you fall off your wallet and buy a truncheon blue lab, or a continuous read hannah.
