here are the new pics guys. thanks for stopping by. we are learning together here. the temperature is pretty low right now, 24 Cº or 75 F thats why i m concerned about the big bang finishing soon so i can use the 400 watt on on these, but i dont wanna mess up both grows, u no wot i mean. so let me know what you think, these pics are more recent. u can totally tell which one is auto, and the other auto is the biggest one of all which is not growing buds yet, but it did show sex. may be the pot is bigger so it spends its time growing stems?
what do yall think? :leaf:

I think they look really good...

75F/24C is what I shoot for... 65F/18C for the Lights Off period....

That is the IDEAL RANGE.. those are the temps that will give you the BEST RESULTS...

And if you run into heat issues, the first thing I would change is to put the fan you have INSIDE THE GROW... hung from the top (upside down).. so that it can BLOW THE HOT AIR OUT...

Exhausting is the BEST WAY to get rid of heat.. simply providing fresh air helps... but a for real exhaust is the way to go....

Further on you will inevitably end up with centrifugal fans and carbon filters like everyone else that REALLY grows...

You guys are doing GREAT!!!

thanks right now high temps is def not a problem, i m more concerned about the fact that this is a 250 watt and i usually grow 400. i m worried the temps might get too low or that the autos need more heat... a couple days ago they looked funny like they needed more heat and i cant afford more watts right now... long story but in argie you cant, we have a fucked up government lol

Eventually... and ideally... you will end up with your ventilation looking like this illustration suggests...

The intake blower is only needed in 1% of cases though....

This tyoe of set up allows for HID lighting to be used in confined spaces without heat issues...

For example... my tent used a 600w HPS and was only 20"/50cm deep x 36"/91cm wide x 54"/137cm high.... and I kept it SEALED SHUT all the time!!!

https://www.rollitup.org/grow-room-design-setup/122687-gypsys-600-watt-home-made.html

Normally that would be a HEAT NIGHTMARE... but with proper ventilation I had ZERO ISSUES...

Sure it takes a bit of cash and some creative building.. but it is well worth to get a good gram per watt rating...

Just imagine if you could pull CONSISTENTLY 400 grams from every grow you do under the 400w HPS...

the 250 watter should produce enough warmth, for the plants
I agree...

Especially since the Autos are Cannbis Ruderallis Hybrids... and the Ruderallis strains are from the more extreme latitudes...

They flower on a "timer" because where they are from, by the time the sun hits 12/12 it is already within FROST TIME...

Ruderallis are DEFF. more adapted to cooler temps than Sativas or Indicas... but each strain has it's own quirks...

Do you have a thermometer that records the high and the low temperatures? if not you should really get one..

Stable and accurate temps are the single biggest factor in a trouble free grow... both day and night...:-P

good day to all! rollitup's site was down argh! so my partner didnt get to see yall's post before heading back to work :( bummer... anyway he wants to know what is the right compost for the autos... we make two dif kinds for veg and flowering. do these need anything in particular?
right now its got perlite, vermiculite, cow shit (just a bit), bit of wheat, soil, hummus (worm shit), resaca... dont know what its called in english but there is two kinds, from pine and from river,,, how do you call it? like its got little roots of pine or something... and thats it for now. we woke up this morning with that sweet stinky smell!!! i teach english at my house and one of my students is a cop so i gotta be scenting the house constantly lol... but they are gettin stinkier by the minute, especially when i turn off the lights and they breathe. thats all for now.

The tent itself was super easy and cheap to make...

hi bro, i am the hardworker while others take credit posting lol. after a couple days of hard work i caught up with my partner's posts and i appreciate your good vibes, it d be nice if you could follow our journal since we plan on posting pics every day.
i was looking at your recommendation "your precious" lol, and i m very interested in trying that delicious thing since i am a real pot head. even though my fridge has a psicodelicious, 2 ams, another bigbang, a flashback, another lemon, most of them from sweet seeds. i really do wanna try your precious.
actually i m not going to clone right now because i have to take a trip down south and i dont have time to do it well. but i have everything i need for an aerocloner (spelling?)
well i got carried away, i wanted to ask you about, after seeing your precious grow room, the compost for the autos. my reasoning is as follows, the plant grows(vegs) and flowers at the same time, therefore it needs NPK and i m not sure how to feed it. i m afraid i might put PK right now since it is just reaching its adolescence. what compost do you recommend? or guide me regarding nutes and feeding as they grow. thats all for now i hope someday i can tear down a wall and make a grow room like yours. the problem would be debris lol. i m online for a lil longer!
Saludos, nosotros
