Anyone interested in a New light ?

So I built 2 of these lights for a friend of a friend. Unfortunately now that I've bought everything put it together he has vanished lol, I would use them myself but I already have to many lights.

I'm asking $300 + shipping per light they are both brand new, 8 x bridgelux EB gen 2s. 4 x 3k and 4 x 5k powered by a meanwell xlg 200 24 all ready to just plug it in and enjoy.

I have already sold a couple with no complaints and I also use the same light for my veg cycle with amazing results.

Any questions feel free to ask.
Thanks.

Yes I get better yeilds off my led but it's running the autopots where the hps is just in soil being top feed,. Time depends on strains but yes both run the same time.

Board's and strips in both.
1st setup is 2 australia grow lights uv board's on a 320 and 8 cutter strips on a 240 3k I think and some buddies on the sides.

2nd setup is all cutter 2 board's 27k on a 240, 4 strips 3k on a 120 and 4 of the 660 + uv on a 150.

Built it all myself and everything from cutter has the cree j series, do all my vegging under eb gen 2s.
Im tempted to switch to led but reluctant as Ive always, well regularly get decent yields from me old fashioned 600w sonti’s. I average +7lbs from 6 600’s 16 plants top fed recirculating hydro.

Yo I feel you bro sometimes if it ain't broken there's no need to fix it.

I was the same when I made the switch. So I started small just got LEDs for veg. I was so impressed with the results I went all in.

Another thought process I had was I had spent hundreds on my pots and watering system to get the best I could, it kinda made sense to do the same with my lights.
And I see you have a very impressive watering system.
That will definitely be my next upgrade.

Thats a nice effort. I'm in exactly the same place as you although my grow is a deal smaller! Been thinking bout leds but my hps works so well for me and I'm also not sure I'm in the right place to learn the new system, will probably wait until I move and have more space to fit out.

any1 got a cloudline ac infinity?
Not me but I do hear they put out some pretty good gear. I installed a heat pump to keep temps down & run a 200mm ‘vents’ branded inline exhaust fan with auto temp/speed control, with a filter & inline silencer cant hear a thing outside

Does it control temp &/or humidity? What fans did you use previously? Just looking for a noise comparison. The 200mm fan I have works real good & you cant hear it from outside, but I couldn’t stand next to it running & have an inside voice conversation with someone standing next to me:spew::cuss:

ye it trys to keep the set temp you set it at,i think humdity is relevant to your temp... unsure.... but it does try to do that also.

i used a 150mm prima kilma,it was loud az bro and was like 88w the new one is like 30w. did the job but was way too loud

i got a fan controller and it just hummed hard out. its either one of those variac controllers from jaycar, or the ac infinity for noise control that i know of.
all the yanks went on abt the ac infinity so i just got that, and its mint bro.

it gets loud tho if you turn it up more than 4 on fan speed.it goes to 9

FYI a 6" AC Infinity fits nicely inside an old unused 10" Silencer lol

How's it NZ Growers!
I have had a lot of time on my hands recently being off work with an injury. And have built myself a small diy rdwc system as a little project to keep the brain stimulated. I have grown outdoors for a few years now. And I'm sure with the right knowledge I'm sure I can get some decent grows happening all year now, fingers crossed!
I see further back in the thread you were discussing nutes. I'm using nutrifield products right now, but looking online, stocks are low everywhere. I've used canna in the past as additives to outdoor and see they have a canna aqua range too...but also very expensive! I see the brand cx came up a bit. Just looking to see if anyone has used both (canna and cx) and was there any major differences in dwc? Any help or tips in this method would be helpful too. Shot

If you want powders (A and B) contact Garden Enterprises he supplies in bulk or small bags(Herbi brand is same stuff).. I dont like the CX or the Flora products as watered down rubbish in my view, there's a couple of newish hydro shops out there ripping people spinning alot of crap about products so be aware of that, .
I use Mega Crop 1 Part and very happy with it ( have more on its way).... Canna is easy to use and pretty good -dont need all the watered down additives CannaA&B + Boost only... :bigjoint:

Cheers bro, gonna go with canna after talking to a few people. Seems like everyone has had nice grows and haven't run into any problems. Boost is obviously the additive with the biggest price tag, but not one to skip out on so I've heard. Gotta spend it to make it I guess.
Looking through your journals you're getting some impressive grows too man. The nutrifield pots look like a good system. Looking into a change up after a few more grows. Shot for the advice man

Yeah the pro pots are a good system it does come with some downsides though, mainly with roots growing into the return hoses & flooding my room out but Im on top of that now. Canna boost is real pricey! Im not sure how much a litre bottle is but I don’t remember getting much change out of $800 when I get a 5 litre drum. Ive always used canna, I used to get outstanding results just running canna a+b vega & flores with no other additives. The last few years I splash out & run the whole canna range I still get outstanding results I honestly couldn’t say If the results are any better or not, but I trust the canna brand & I like using their range with their grow guide on the website makes me feel like a scientist:eyesmoke:
