I love this stuff but I think its not for the guy that wants to spend a lil and get alot. What Im saying is you will need the whole line and you also need to research a little first.I had a bad start because I didnt and nitorgen boost ..Must say worked wonders in flower ...WOW

Does H&g really work? I'm so use to advance bytes and there 100 different bottls to buy that it scarers me to see only two things to use in bloom with h&g.I was thinking about adding bloom blastic to my rez so I thought I would ask other growers first.
Figure it out. They all sell multiple additives and supplements. Including H&G. Your dream is not quite true!

So I've been using it the whole time I've been running h&g so it's hard for me to know.

Is amino treatment really worth it?

It's jacked per feeding!!! Do you think it really increases yield enough to justify the $1 per plant every few days on this product alone???

I run a 20 wk schedule including veg. So every 3 day feeding Makes it like $25-40 per plant in amino treatment

If you take a look at your stems and how thick and strong they are, I am sure you will stay with Amino Treatment. I know I will.

That Amino Treatment is a joke. At that price. they want you to work up to 3.8ml/gal...???

That product was just added to make some money off the naive who will use it. I got 3 free sample bottles i used through veg. I didn't see anything different from usual.

Hey RIUers, figure if anyone can answer this, you folks can. I run a flood and drain system, and have had great luck with Canna products in the past. I always grow (clones) in Hugo rockwool blocks. The other day, a friend gave me two 20L jugs of H&G Cocos A and B. All the info I have found about this claims it's specially formulated for Coco, and drip feeding. In the past, I've run the Hugos sitting on hydroton in two gallon smart pots, and it's worked well. I'm kinda thinking for this run, I might use coco/perlite rather than the hydroton. So here goes, will the H&G nutes work OK with flood and drain, and if so, what about the media I'm thinking of? BTW, I'm running de-chlored tap water, 220 ppm.

almost everything else seems resonable but the amino is a crock of shit
I'm not sold on the algen extract's price either

No way guys that amino is pure cold pressed kelp. You cant get a better amino product. Yes the dose is very high but so are everyone elses and this stuff just came out. I have a feeling they will tone it down later but for now I use it at 1/4 strength weeks 1-4 of bloom and it really throws the plants into flowering. Hormones baby!!

If they wanted to rip you they would tell you to feed it the whole flowering cycle.

Dont use the algen extract if you use aminoaid. No point.

For Best Results

Use Amino Treatment from the first day of vegetative growth until three weeks before the end of the flowering cycle.

that's pretty damn close to the entire grow, especially if you have a 12 week sativa

In veg I only use base and silica thats it. Additives are overrated in veg imo. If you using additive for veg hopefully its only a root booster product.

Hey the guys that use the cutting edge cal&mag do you adjust your ph after mixing? I see on the cutting edge site it says not to but mine started at 3.8 and it was before I read not to adjust so I added 4 teaspoons of ph up to raise it and checked it the next day was 7.8! Figured something was wrong so I read cutting edge site and it said not to adjust ph up and there is organic acids that cause false ph readings. Darn! Will have to dump those tubs. I just feel weary about starting w/ ph 3.8 solution. GH calimagic never acted like this. Now I dunno which one to use...

I use Botanicare CalMg+ and Cutting Edge MagAmped and I always PH after adding the base nutes and the aforementioned products and I don't have an issue with PH fluctuation.

Do you use recirculating hydro? This is off the cutting edge site-

** NOTE **
Plant Amp™ contains Organic Acids which cause a temporary low pH reading. Do not adjust pH up. The pH will rise naturally as the plant uptakes the chelated calcium in one or two days.

Yes I use undercurrent DWC, and I don't use Plant Amp, I use MagAmped. Either way I add my base nutes, CalMg, and MagAmped THEN I PH my solution. My PH is usually around 3.5 after adding all of that stuff so if I don't PH I will be fucked. I think they are referring to anyone who has good PH then adds their product then wants to PH again, that's unnecessary.
