Uvb All The Way

Done the uvb thing, and only after two days more trichomes thats for sure, but the smell of my herb has gone up a gear since using a uvb face lamp, a 70w metal halide, and a 250w sodium,with reference to what the original post was,this guy has obviously studied and smoked the results so i have no doubt that what he is saying is spot on,and like i said my girls are loving it.

interesting... i know this guy who uses long uvb tubes. I dont wanna buy my own, im gonna try to talk him into giving me one for the last 2 weeks of my harvest. Hopefully i can get more thc by giving hte plants uvb on top of their normal lights. Would that work or does it have to be when the buds are developing?

they work great but dont have them on all 12/12 and wait until last 2 weeks. i do 4 hours spread out 2 times. not to close to leaves.

it really makes them stronger espically after a cure.

Yes I am using UVB Cfl's with good results, but i disagree here....
UVB should be turned on starting late veg (6-8 hours mid photoperiod) and tapered off thru out flowering.. I would not suggest using more than 1-2 hours uvb in the middle of your 12 hour photoperiod in the last 2 weeks...the heads are already too formed and too much uvb is a bad thing at that point...they will go from clear to dark amber in one photoperiod (day) if you're not careful...

Just go to walmart.. They have them and almost everything for DWC too.

I think I'm gonna have to take the plunge and do this, supplemental UVB....I'll have to see what difference it all makes....walk on!!
