i think go to the ER 3 times a year, when its really bad and bitch. I go in for my card in like 40 days, i will ask that doc. It seems like a trap just to get fucked. I had a friend who had the card 4 cell cancer and when it got real bad the doc's didn't want to help until he stopped the cannabis, sad but true,... he is dead i thought we were here to help each other out wtf

and theres not a lot of docs that prescribe cannabis; so if the doc i go to is not treating me for pain then I'm out of luck. In oregon you need 2 year history so 1 year and no doc will c me then what

the doc dont need to be a weed doctor.. all you need is to do is be seen BY a doctor for some type of chronic pain.. get your medical records and take them to a medical marijuana doc and go from there.. i go to the ER once a year i have the hospital get a CD of my records and XRAYS. i take them home and print them out my self. i then make my app. threw voter power and take what i have with me to see their doctor.. approved every time..

i have a friend that is permanently disabled and does not need to see to pot doc any more. he just sends in his paper work right to the state every year.. saves him 200 bucs every year

So for a renewal you still have to see a doc? What if you don't have insurance? Last several years I did, this year I do not. If I can't get a renewal that would be horse-shit.

you do not need ant insurance to be seen at a hospital.. after you are seen ask for a copy of your records.. they will give them to you right then and there. np moneys envolved at all

When I went to get mine last year. I asked the doc at the Med Mar Clinic that since this is supposed to help me with my issue, that would mean I would not need to keep going to the real doc's. What happens next year when I need to renew. He said to just come back in, and say these meds are helping me, and this is why I do not have recent Med records showing my pain.

Thanks Zildj. That's kind of what I was thinking.

my family doc told me they will be forced by the FEDS to start UA ing if i want vikes and any other narcotics she may just be telling me that but she says everyone. I do not want vikes anymore but for the ppl who get pills and like to smoke they cant give pills to them .

I'm calling bullshit on that one, and if your doc is telling you that, than it is time to get a new doc, as I am thinking your doc thinks you are a druggie or something, and it is time to find someone else that is not so closed minded.

Hmm, that is some crap. If this shit is true this state needs to pass something so that Doc's are not UA patients before subscribing meds.

I don't know about other clinics in oregon but I go to alternative medical choices in North Portland and the doctor there is also a general practitioner so he can act as a regular doctor if you have seen them before. so I go back year after year to renew my card and don't need to see anybody else as far as my ommp card goes. Might want to check around for what the policies are at the clinics in your area or come up here.

There are some "Pain Contract" situations where they want to UA... it's totally fricken' immoral, evil and wrong, but I have heard of this coming up before.

Same deal with me. I called to see if I needed to go to my regular doc because I hadn't been in over a year and they said to just come on in. My renewal visit took about 10 minutes total...
