Hello I have just received a lisc to grow up to 73 plants. I will be building a new area to grow in and I wanted some input on what you guys think.
I will be using 1000watt hps lights for flowering I currently have 2 and 2 more ordered. lights will be air cooled hoods and I will be using organic soil mix and smart pots.

what size rooms should I do?
I was thinking 4- 5x5 rooms one light in each
Or I could do 2- 10x5 rooms 2 lights in each or should I put all my lights in one 10x10 room for flowering?
I plan on vegging in a separate space until plants are roughly 12-16” high then flipping to flowering.
I will be building a area to grow them so ceiling height is not an issue and I also have leds and a 600watt MH to veg with and keep a few small mother plants.

You can put 4x 1000W in 10x10 room :) Under each light 15 plants. So In total 60 plants. But, it depends on the style that you’ll grow. SOG or SCROG?

Ok. You can go up to 10 plants per light. What kind of reflectors will you be using? You should have some good ones, so they can go deep into the canopy and you can move the light a litter closer and imitate the seasons. I would go with Adjust a Wing Enforcer Large. As for the screen, put in top from the first day on. And calculate the stretch when flipping. You may add one or two more nets on top of each other.

How do you plan on managing temperature and humidity? How are you going to manage a pest or mold infestation?

Just because you 'can' suddenly grow "73 plants", doesn't mean you should ;)

Start off with a couple of 5x5' spaces, and see how that goes. If you have extra lamps and space, use that to test different grow methods.

Don't put all eggs in one basket. Start small, grow big.

Running a dehumidifier in the room along with an ac unit, I will be running 1 fan to bring air in and 2 more to cool the enclosed hoods. The fan and carbon filter taking air out will be temp set so the air in the room stays uniform. Fans in each corner circulating air around the room also, two upward two downward to circle air from floor to ceiling. I use neem oil for pests, and ladybugs the soil will be organic living soil. Between harvests the room will be washed down and sterilized. I will have trays under each light to catch run off water so that there is no standing water in the room. Running a filter on the intake fan so nothing can get in that is unwanted
