maybe it's because you present yourself like a stoner with no intentions of assimilating to the workforce.
i interviewed for my job in housekeeping as towel boy in spanish when i was 16 and got the job. perhaps they could tell i was a good fit for the job and very motivated.
also, i never bitched about it on a pot growing website.

Why, because they can't properly read the papers to do so. I'm cool with most people, but if you cant speak the language of the land either get out or learn English. That is my only problem with them and most of the time it's not even the younger ones fault. Most of the time their parents refuse to have them learn English by constantly talking to them in only Spanish. It's all about a matter of responsibility. If I was to go and live in Mexico or anywhere else where the primary language is other than English I would feel obligated to learn it. Otherwise I would keep my happy ass here where I can understand what people are saying to me.
I have also personally known a Mexican illegal in a factory I used to work at but he got caught and was sent packing. I felt bad for him. He learned to properly understand and speak English he was a hard worker and an all around great man. Hope he is doing well.

HAHAHA. Man am I glad you keep adding fuel for me. This amuses me to no end. How ignorant can you be? Maybe you should read the whole post and stop making things up. So you now somehow got the idea that I don't go looking for work. Okay, let's go with that for a moment. Hmmmm. Did I say that I have been working odd and end jobs OUTDOORS for LOW PAY? Yep, I surely did.
Oh wait, sit right there and learn something.
So when someone agrees with someone besides you that automatically makes them where they are bitching? Okay that works. Not. Quit trying to be so arrogant cause you officially suck at it. We were talking about how hard it is to actually find employment and so on. It's not bitching, it's stating facts. For someone who is on a weed forum you should understand FACTS. If you have gainful employment good for you. I was laid off from General Motors at no fault of my own and finding employment isn't easy. Maybe you don't keep up with how things in America are actually going in the workforce because you still have a job. Well others like myself that have to work our ass off just to get hired no longer have that luxury of a steady paycheck, so we do what we have to do to make ends meet.
Do you realize what happens when you are laid off from a company that is unionized? I doubt you do, cause if you did you wouldn't be acting this way. What you fail to understand is that when you come from a company as big as GM with the pay that they give you and on top of that being in union prospect employers are going to look at your application and say; yea right.
Also, when you are unemployed for so long and are having trouble paying bills your credit decreases. Hence even harder to find a job. What is it with people like you thinking they know everything when they have no clue what they are talking about? Granted you may know some stuff, but in this matter where finding work is concerned you are totally wrong and it's rude to pick on honest hard working AMERICANS trying to find work. All of us here are supposed to be like minded individuals and it seems like all you want to do is try and start a fight and put people down because we don't agree with your views. You can have a discussion without having to be rude to someone.

And it's not a theory, it's a fact. I know this from first hand experience. Just the other day at Krogers I was walking back to my truck and there was this Mexican lady with her daughter. Which language do you think they were speaking to each other? Which dialect do you think they were using? Southern? haha. Nope. I wont even tell you cause I know that you already know. And before you try to go and assume that the kid was an adult, she wasn't couldn't have been more than 5 years old.
