You don't need more P in flower. It's bad for your plants and the environment

Greenleaf does recommend a bloom booster with their Part-1. Given the above info, is it more appropriate, then, to formulate a bloom booster with Potassium Nitrate and Potassium Sulfate, or is that even necessary?

I have one organic amendment that is 3-9-3 which I thought was pretty cool, it also has a lot of minerals and micronutrients, but maybe Ill try to use it less. This actually came at a good time because I was a month away from ordering more of it.

I agree with the title of this thread, but also keep in mind that in terms of NPK values, the three major nutrients are not weighed evenly. See, the NPK values for P and K are in their oxide form (P2O5 & K2O), while N is measured in it's elemental form. To convert PK to their elemental forms, you have to do some simple math: multiply P by 0.43, and K by 0.83 to get their elemental weights. So your 20-20-20 nutes are really 20-8.6-16.6.

Thankyou for stating that. I was wondering my my 20-20-20 had different analysis panels.

Was using a 3-5-4 bloom which yellowed the plants too fast. Interestingly enough when mixed with the grow 5-3-3 it produced greener plants but lacked K.

Now I’m going to try outdoors just using grow then add there organic PK boost which is a 2-4-8. Should be a 7-7-11 ratio which should work for flowering.

I like P deficiencies as they are easy to fix/diagnose

If you want more K organically check out langbeinite.
