Took down my Runtz Muffin yesterday. Trimmed my Holy Grail in lollipop fashion to just below the main colas hoping the circulation will keep the intermittent bud rot at bay, but I won’t risk the rest of the grow after seeing what the rot did to my Prayer Pupil. Btw… not finding any cats, just the exposure rot. Next year I won’t work without a cover option! Next year I won’t work without a cover option! Next year… Lol :wall:

i didn’t observe any issues until the past few days. trimmed off a small amount of rot and killed 3 caterpillars. sprayed last night and hopefully can avoid more issues moving forward. extended forecast looks mostly dry.

Getting some baby slugs slimeing up random spots... things are sticky, as soon as I start to see problems, I'm pulling the pin. Got a couple I can let go no big deal, but damn, I want the best of what I have and not being greedy, I'll be ok, just might be a little light under the xmas tree for my pals.

snipped some tester buds while doing a pm and rot search. Wizard Punch has been the most susceptible to bud rot and the Bruce’s Ballsack is so dense it makes it hard to spot but so far minimal impact. Did a solo cup peroxide wash and rinse on these. Going to find some thread or fishing line to hang these. ACE7DFB0-BC9A-42CA-A26C-F55700859FBC.jpeg

I too, snipped a plant, put the buds in a box for a couple days . What the holy hell is this, this webbing?
And would a wash have prevented enter this?20211010_111601.jpg20211010_111556.jpg20211010_111556.jpg

I've never snipped buds and tossed them in a box before. I did use that box last year as a trim box. Funny thing is, I took some of the " hardly rot" few nugs, put them in a paper bag with a piece of paper, <I'm a weirdo> and they did not react like that.
It's not webbing, because I touch it and it melts. Yes, I washed my hands.
Q: is this what I have to look forward to? Or is it just because I didnt give them much air flow?
It us choptober, should I chop my most mature and let the rest run rampant?:wall::wall::wall:

Just put them on a screen and turn them as needed so they don’t flatten out on one side. I use a window screen from an A/C window. ;)

I wouldn’t use a box personally, the moisture will get sucked into the paper being as wet as they are and potentially create mold.

From Bad 2 Worse

So I had a plant that was weird, but looked ok. When I just went out to check stalk tops, what did I see?
A few, maybe 6, little, little, tiny pure white moths.
Anyone? Just give it to me, no lube needed at this point, it is a cavern back there.

Well what does your gut tell you? Do you have a photo of the little buggers “infestation“? I’m not sure what the heck that would look like but I’m sure it ain’t purdy! Anything that has “moth” associated obviously isn’t a plus though…
