But why is it so easy to target the landlords? Your rent should be 30% of your budget so what about the rest? I got no problem helping people, I got problems with no rent movements and people who can who won’t. Why aren’t we talking about free groceries?
My properties are as beautiful as the people who live in them.

What guys? I’m pretty sure who applies and who doesn’t really does not follow political lines. Those that don’t need it here will basically pay it back in income tax and those that do won’t (so much). Not sure how it works there but again it’s time to all work for the single goal of getting through this........ yes it’s gonna be a huge task and I doubt we canbut how much do you want to bet these guys apply for the grant who don't need it? free money, ya know

.I actually have a few that some people would call slums. Can’t raise the rents, have to accept any qualified applicant. I would love to spend a few thousand on a new playground for the kids, want to do some raised beds so they do some gardening, but unfortunately I have to spend the money on picking up their trash every week because they think it’s all right to throw mattresses outside, tooth fairy makes them go away. Residents make the community.

I also think it is an unprecedented time in our history, people are scared..are you? ...you have everything, you dont mind telling everyone. Imagine not having it all...how would you feel then...what about your Family?
People need compassion, help, HOPE, .
Those who can help should.
Those who can't..well..
Those who won't need to be shot and pissed on.

I’m not evicting anybody, working with them all. Government has messed up this response and opened the flood gates on free money that we all will be paying for a long time. It could have been handled a lot better. Everybody I know was all ready prepared to handle it better.
