The key thing about humanure is, it's composted. Unless you have the ability to treat or long-term compost, the feces part doesn't sound like a great idea to me.

Pee... it's not like this is a new idea, and yet, it isn't something most cannabis growers do.

None of it is a new idea, it's been said a million times and probably written a million times, ancient Rome, the Sun King's court and gardens, Samuel Pepys London, shit was never a good thing for these societies, but then again they did take a dump in front of each other and Romes people lived in cramp conditions, nothing new written in here, same shit different day nor is it new in people trying to tell us that shit ain't shit ffs.

For foliar spraying piss i can report than too strong solution will make the pistils shrivel up so 1:10 or 1:20 is safe. Also use fresh urine because it's hard to get rid of rancid piss smell.

Talk is fine, but has anyone done this long term? Ppl say Shroom compost is known to sweeten crops?/! The urine thing is something I would like to do (because I hate spending money on ferts). Add some sawdust and bokashi and no smell . . . Again, has anyone done this at length?
My wife may commit me, so I wanna have my ducks in a row when "the men with clean white coats" show up.

I was shown JADAM and like living soils is a rabbit hole all its own.
I know Leighton Morrison was working on something, but he's careful to say things as most will not accept the alternative to what's been taught for the last 100 years.

I have used pee as my main veg food for years. I use a couple of cups per five gallons of water. You can go quite a bit stronger than that if you wish. Assume it is 11-2-1 and go from there. I've posted this before, but when Daddy was doing his walking tour of France in 1944, all the farmhouses housed the livestock on the ground floor, the people on the 2nd floor and the tank to collect the pee in the basement. They had been doing that for the last few hundred years.

I also use all sorts of composted manures, but never tried human. Not that I'm opposed to it, I just don't camp in one spot, away from a toilet, enough to make it worthwhile collecting.

My main goal is to find a closed loop solution. I am also seeing what size garden is possible by only manual means for 95% of functions. Also cost is huge! I will be making some JADAM amendments soon. I figure I might want to make a serious effort if this can prove to be financially sustainable.

if we could do things with our own shit and piss we already would. we can't even recycle plastic and paper much less our excrement. I hope you eat organic only and don't use pharmaceuticals. But I will still pass on your produce if I know what you fed it.

It's not as if I don't have my concerns. I know there is definitely knowledge and historical facts that have been hidden and stricken from easily found records. I am Pharma free and in the best health of my life and I'm 38 this year. Keto for me.
If you make sure things have been composted and properly handled, I may try a compost extract just for the microbial variety I'm sure somehow is unique to the human gut. I dunno about top dressing my beds with it. I shouldn't worry so much, we will all return to the dust from that which we were created. . .
