Looks like you'll bet more than 10g from that. Looks like you got good production out of it. What nutes are you running and what's your feed schedule like? And additives?
No nutes used really. I use a 50/50 mix of Fox Farm's Ocean Forrest and Happy Frog. Since I'm growing 12/12 from seed, the lack of prolonged veg tends to keep them small. This also means very little nutes are needed. Some of my hungrier plants, like Heavy Duty Fruity, still need some food after a while. I fed this girl once in mid-flower, 1/2 strength FlorNova from General Hydroponics. It's tough to get a good perspective on size and density, but I'd be surprised if I got over an Oz from her. I obviously am not in this for weight though, just a killer personal stash.

Well for whatever reason you're doing it, you're doing a good job.

I am towards the end of my PB grow now. Out of 10 seeds, 7 made it, 3 germed, but succumbed to a nasty batch of fungus gnats that came free with a bag of Sunshine advanced... (dont get me started.) I ended up with 4 girls, 3 boys. I gave one to a buddy. His is a hybrid with a sour candy smell. My first pheno is basically the same. Sour candy smell. Looks to be a hybrid of both. Not the best of producers, but still putting out quality. Unfortunately for it, 2 of its supermodel sisters came in the pack with it are simply amazing. She is more like the cute girl next door. Not bad at all. :PThe second pheno is a very tall pheno. It is around 5'8" in a gardening 5 gal pot. It has super huge buds. It is definitely the producer. The buds look purple and green, but it so hard to tell because it is covered in resin. Double coat of resin. The verdict is out on the purpling yet, I guess I'll see it at trim, lol. It had the black cherry smell, but now at day 44 it is more of a lavender or floral perfume smell with a hint of kush. It has a few nanners on it, but nothing big. I will for sure be keeping it around for another grow.

The 3rd pheno is something really special. It is what I am guessing to be a Space Queen Dominant phenotype. It doesn't really branch. It just produces colas. 3 main beams, 3 towering colas. They are very spear shaped, but are starting to fox tail off a bit, due to crowding on the cola, lol. It looks to be getting a little bit of color in the buds as it is starting to fade a bit. If the last pheno had a double coat of resin, this pheno has a triple coat of resin. It is SUPER goooooey. You touch it and it feels like you have chapstick all over your fingers. The smell is of Sour Patch Cherry candy. A bit like Chernobyl, but more candy than cleaner. I've heard Plushberry described as candy flavored medicine desribed and it is almost like that, but with a bit more. Sour patch kids and ludens cough drops. It looks like it will be done at 8 weeks. She is the best smelling plant I have ever seen or grown, and also the most resinous. It is hard to dethrone the queen mother of my harem, a super afghani dieselly NYC diesel from Soma Seeds. But so far this SQ dom PB pheno (at least i think it is,) has her beat. Normally I come into the room and smell grapefruit deisel and now I smell sour candy. :) The verdict is out on the smoke report though. This is my first grow with it, never sampled it. Barring a terrible high and taste, hopefully she'll be around for a long while. The clones I cut off of her kind of auto'ed. They look like they are reverting back, hopefully they will level out and veg right.... at least enough for me to get a cut or two. :) It would be such a friggin shame if I lost her. These pics are of her at week 4.5, something like day 32. She's even bigger now at day 44. I'll try to get a more recent pic of her soon. But, these won't disappoint. ;)

Mad probs to TGA and Subcool for these nasty sheilas. If all my seed growing experiences were like this, life would be cake. Plushberry is VERY easy to grow, very forgiving, every female from my pack was a keeper, unfortunately I don't look for "keepers." I look for gems. I got a keeper, a sapphire, and a flawless diamond. :) I'm looking forward to doing some more TGA. If this is Space Queeny, I may have to do some Space Jills soon. I had Agent Orange, but I ended up letting it go when it produced bad for me last round. This round of the AO is simply amazing. It did not like the bud pinching methods i used in the last round and produced a bunch of tiny buds. They were fragrant and oily, but not big... at all... lol It has amazing red leaves and smells like orange rines. I ended up letting it go and put the mom in a 10 gal tub and flowered her and have rued the day ever since. So ya, I got my eye on JTR, Space Jill, maybe AO, I definitely wanna get something with a phenomenal smell, crazy resin production, good yield, and super stoney.

Picture 112.jpgPicture 114.jpgPicture 116.jpgPicture 107.jpgPicture 109.jpgPlushberry(the bushy one) still wants more food. Im not really sure what it is thats making it yellow, but every time i give it full strength nutrients it eats them up right away. anyone have any input? I think they look pretty healthy but im no pro here.Picture 037.jpgThis is 1 week 5 days before .This one here is 2 weeks before, and 2 days before the one before this one.I transplanted into the Rubbermaid right after this one was taken. They grow really really fast when they have lots of light and soil all to themselves.Picture 025.jpg

SQ pheno day 46. I was going to start flush today, but the crystals are still showing some clears, so i gave it one more feeding and will move to initial flush in a few days. This plant gets crazier and crazier each day, lol. The pink hues are starting to come out now. I took it out of the HPS light and looked at it under a flourescent. I so can't wait to get her down and sample some. :) I got really lucky with this score. Other pheno is the yielder and the purple pheno. Very kushy. I was able to see quite a bit of purple under blue light. Hard to see under the red. I'll try to get some pics of her up soon.

Anybody using Soul Synthetics on their Plush Berry? Having the run of my life right now. Didn't get any color phenos which was mildly (very mildly) disappointing but truth be told I'm all about the flavor and that was what turned me on to this strain. Of my 5 females, all were different phenos and all are beautiful but feed quite differently. I could give twice the food to the monstrous amazon woman pheno that I could give to the overly frosty pheno. Regardless, if it wasn't sold out I would grow it again. I'll see if I can't muster up some pics tonight...

Here are some photos from my 5 different Plush Berry Phenos at day 40. All super different plants in their own ways but all very beautiful and smell incredible. Again, no pink pheno here and I was actually a little bummed about that. Purple weed never did that much for me but pink weed... Anyhow, here are my Plush Berries.

I lost 9 seeds to fungus gnats. The lone survivor is a branchy, very resinous, looks like a good yield, possibly slight color changes towards the end kind of girl. She has a tart smell, fruity, floral and a bit of skunkiness.

Next time dose them with Azamax to the root zone and a high quality neem oil to the foliage and you'll be set. Hit them every few days or so. Go light on the neem and full strength on the Azamax. They will go away, I promise.

Hey don't be too mad about not getting a purple pheno. I have two different ones and neither of them produce as much as the worst one you got. Very nice man, very pro. You doing hydroponics too or just synthetic nutes?

Thanks, Beansly. Your work looks really good so that means something coming from you.

It's a hydro coco setup with hybrid nutrients. I'll go into detail if you're interested. Actually that sounds like fun. I'll get back on here later tonight hopefully and outline what these Plush Berries have been eating for the last 40 days.

Here we go.

My intention with this round was to ignore the semantics of what is organic and what isn't and instead went for feeding the plants what I felt good about. I landed on Soul Synthetics because I had previously used their other line, Roots Organics, in a soil grow that turned out fantastic. It's worth noting that I don't feel like any one company makes a miracle product and they really all are very similar in terms of what basic nutrients they offer. The key is to learn to read the ingredients and numbers to figure out when to give it what and how much. So, the Soul Synthetics uses very basic synthetic mineral salts which are of the same chemical structure as a plant would naturally extract from an organic source - - - these form the majority of the basic nutrient ratios. Along with those mineral salts are organic materials such as bat guano, cane sugar, alfalfa extract, bamboo, molasses, etc. I believe this combination has the potential for the vigor of synthetics with the flavor of organics. One thing that was important to me was finding a line that smelled good. The Soul line smells sweet, herby, earthy. Kind of how I want my weed to smell. Lastly, this line is meant for coco growing and has a higher P than K in everything.

I started from seed in rapid rooters because they give you some versatility when stepping up. They went from the rapid rooters to 6" cocotek baskets with coco chips to 1 gallon smart pots with coco chips on the bottom and coco fiber around the sides. All coco was triple rinsed by yours truly. Everything was inoculated with Azos and Mykos early on with Mykos continually added throughout bloom. For the uninitiated: Azos is bacteria, it helps with N / Mykos is fungi, it helps with P. So if you use the Azos make sure you stop at least a week before bloom begins.

Veg was quick. I'm only looking to see signs of sex and then I flip them. That means only 3 weeks of feeding after that first week of sprouting. Give or take. I went pretty easy on them and barely even got to full strength Soul Grow and Amino Aide before bloom. Really, I was trying to establish the Azos colony and not trying to use tons of nutrients. I was also adding their sugar/micro/catalyst: Infinity.

Bloom began week 1 with low doses of Soul Bloom, Infinity, and Peak. I prefer to use a late bloom booster for the first week. It goes against the instructions but that extra P really kicks it off. Weeks 2-5 were all Soul Bloom, Infinity, and Big Swell at increasing rates until I got to full strength by week 6 at which point I also kicked back in the Peak again. That's where I'm at right now. Tomorrow morning is the beginning of week 7 and I'll probably decrease the Big Swell a little more while increasing the Peak. Again, 2ml per gallon of Hygrozyme (fuck their instructions - - - that stuff is super hot) with every nutrient change and extra Mykos every couple weeks.

I'll probably flush for weeks 8 and 9. Not sure how I'll do flush. Might do plain water or might do some sugar water.

One thing about these organic hydro systems is the pH gets all wacky. I stopped even messing with mine and just let it ride from 4.7 (5.3 by the time the lights come on) upon first mixing to 7.0 by the end of the week.

I also top off with fresh RO every other day.
