u don't need uvb at all in veg not needed just a waste at that point i don't know where u get 250w of uva doe thats not needed u want a mix of 1/4 uva/b has very nice result but if your plants are not use to it it will fry the crap out of your plant
Thats why I am introducing them to it at a raised height in Veg.. Sorry, my bad I was reading another artical, stoned sorry. LOL..what the spec of the Agromax was it..? ..lamp you posted in conjunction with the chart ? - FS/STELTHY:leaf:

and your final harvest weight is reduced if your using uvb and i can tell that it does reduce yield uva no your fine to run uva veg flower don't matter but i noticed it made some of my plants leaves to dried out paper idk in veg atleast because the plant is going to have a reduced yield because of how much its working to shield itself from the uv and in that conjunction it just doesn't produce the weight and i have noticed this because my nugs are way more smaller than last grow and way frostier with a better bud stucture

Do you run UVB separatly or run wth this one that does both..? - FS/STELTHY:leaf:
i run that bulb and i only like using it for the last few weeks of harvest because of just how much uvb is put out i have to run it 3-4 feet above the canopy and if i run then any longer than 30 they get burnt pretty badly but one 4 fter will do a 4x4 room easily

Do you have a pic of it..? I still have a 250w Lumatek Ballast kicking around some place would that power it or same lamp in lower wattage..? FS/STELTHY:leaf:
Nope, right now I just use a 4' pure UV T5 stuck into the open end of the system of 6" duct, I use a 5" fan on low speed. I'm going to make a reflective box to hold it eventually to slow the air movement across the UV to make it more effective. It's just a circulating loop to move air between three rooms.
