hey i was wondering if the New Wave T5 - 24 (2ft-4 lamp) or the New Wave T5 - 28 (2ft 8lamp) floro would be enough light for 2 dwarf plants all the way threw? obviously the 8 lamp would do better but im wondering if the 4 lamp would do? any one ever try these?
