Your plants definitely looked dialed! Keep up the great work!
I've used the UVB light from California Lightworks for several years. So interested in seeing your results. You should notice a difference pretty easily. They have some data at there site...
I tried 3 different schedules of various times usually no more than 3 hours on with very similar results.

Tested 2 pucks from Rapid LED for far red, it seemed to help with early maturity in flowering. It can help to shave a few weeks off flowering IF everything else is on point.
That said, Its difficult to keep environmental conditions on point for some growers along with nutrient levels, lighting conditions being optimal...etc
But ya, when your grow is dialed, far red being used after lights out can shave at least a week or two.....possibly more.
