The BT from what I've researched is specifically for cats n worms, and the spinosad is more all insect designed, I'm guessing , as I've worked with growers that utilize it, but I never have. I've always heard strong good things about it.
But the BT I'm certain about. I told a grower I was working for, BT is just for cats and worms as we were on way to grow store. When we went in, my boss says, 'This idiot thinks BT is only for caterpillars,' and the owner says, 'Uh, well he's right. It is.'
Lugged a Lotta buckets that frigging day.

Ok here's my question:
I have some leftover BushDoctor Calmag from Fox Farm, prob won't use it next year, as it'll be a year old. Plants in flower, got some FF Big Bloom. Should I mix them and give them a treatment of both, before I switch to just the Big Bloom? Also, doesn't quite have the high P levels I like for flowering nutes. Any and all advice welcome!

Crap. I dunno what that means.
Fox Farm. And thought you would be into mixing your own by now.
And granulated water solubles tend to be shelf stable forever. Way more cost effective as well.
If you are in pots the inputs are not effective beyond once per week unless pushing the limits of rootbound organics. LOL.

Okay, well Obi Wan, you are going to have to teach this ol knucklehead. I have picked up from you that you do some top dressing, I'm trying to understand what the big difference is between TPS and Foxfarm? FF says worm castings and bat guano, please educate me on the finer aspects of mixing my own...
Thank you very much!

If your using FF nutrients, you should be using the Tiger Bloom at this point. Grow Big is used mostly during veg. Big Bloom (which is the only organic mix of the 3) can and should be used throughout the whole grow process. I’ve never used the BushDoctor Calmag, can’t help you there.

You know, after I ordered it I saw that. FF has a program similar to Emerald Harvest, and put simply, fuck all that. I'm raiding my girls compost pile, that has a bazillion worms in it, like I've done for a many year.
For starters. And horse n cow shits cheap around here. Going back to basics

I use CalMag through veg and halfway into flower. Some plants need it more than others but it doesn’t seem to cause any problems. A few of last year’s huge plants developed interveinal issues (yellowing and spotting) and it took care of if.

Cow poop is great, top-dressing with it kickstarted my garden into a strong final stretch last and this year.

Looks like I got my fungicide just in time, as powdery mildew is rearing up. Overnight, the Grey Death has splatters here and there.
Fox Farm was a complete let down. Seems one bottle is barely good for a single feeding. I should have researched it more. I need a higher potassium injection at this point. Fail Farm don't cut it.
Won't be spraying with this rain today. Can you spray right after rain, is it better to let things dry out? And do I wanna avoid spraying in sunlight....

Dont spray anything in full sun. what you using for fungicide? Iam having great luck using citric acid.

I use dolomite lime in my soil prep before transplant so I never need cal mag

Nature rains and mists in full sunlight. The optical focal range is too minimal to create any concentration of note. Bro science says it burns leaves. LOL. Spray early morning to mid day. Never in evening. Mold grows in the damp in darkness.

Best wishes.

The leaves on this Rustam Kush plant look like they are deficient in something, but turning lime green and purple is a characteristic of the strain. Just wish it would flower sooner.
Wow, is it just starting to flower? At all? Or just late? I've got some late starts that might make it, plant looks amazing, but the clocks ticking. When did you pop the Rustam K seed?

Do you go by the 1 tablespoon per gallon of soil ratio I see mentioned as a general rule?
Oh by the way p59, was gonna ask, how many times do you pollinate? I have twice so far, and maybe only once on one plant. Is twice enough? I dusted them good with a bright yellow powder with paintbrush. Haven't seen any signs if seeds yet, but I'm sure it's coming.
