Dude, I've read articles about talking positive, and playing music helps with plants. Even playing different sound frequencies and higher vibrations, positive vibes, just like it is beneficial to humans. Even positive affects on water. Dr. Masaru Emoto performed a series of experiments observing the physical effect of words, prayers, music and environment on the crystalline structure of water. Not saying I believe in these, or how true they are, but find it very interesting.
you must be kidding me

LMAO

So peeing on plants isn't boosting my yield?
I did know a farmer that peed in a bucket til it hit a line then added 8x more water and used it as a liquid fertilizer.

In this vein I knew a lot of people that suggested using milorganite to keep deer away because they smell people. Well, maybe it works in extremely rural areas where deer never smell humans, but it didn't work for me...I tried it.

That shit (literally) is horrible. Do you recall what it smells like wet? The foulest , most piss smelling thing that rivals the public ballfield shitters. Why anyone would want that around their house is beyond me.

You guys covered all the classics already, but have you seen some of the shit people are feeding their plants these days? I've seen vape juice, sprite, random foods soaked in water (apparently its a "tea") ... honestly, where are these ideas coming from??
yeah heard that .. even fruit juice or food coloring to “ enhance “ bud colors ...... however a flat beer in the compost pile works

Oh yes, it does smell like a sewer plant.

Just stumbled across a reddit post with a bro suggesting to "wash" your plants. I don't even know what that means.

Same bro also suggests top dressing with veggie scraps and egg shells.

Actually I do “ in pot “ drying ...left in dark until i get around to cutting down ..... pull a plant from dark tent any hour any day.

But they have been wet trimmed first.
I hear ya. I'll pluck big fans and non sugar leaves and let the bitch sit for 2 days. Then I dry usually for 10 days or so at 55% humidity and around 69'f-75'f.

:wall:

maybe he means water curing?

And veggie scraps and eggshells need breaking down in a fucking compost cycle first ffs. Some people lol.

Clipping the leaves of clones is a good idea(IE cutting leaves in half). Taking a fragile plant fragment and mutilating it further will make it root faster.
Does this also apply to removing leaves? I never liked the idea of cutting the ends of the leaf off, but it didn't seem entirely unreasonable to me
that if the cutting has too much surface area it will transpire more water than it can absorb because it doesn't have any roots and wilt.

I wish I had a better picture of when I was taking clones earlier, but you can kind of see in the background; if there are any large fan leaves on the cutting I usually remove them and leave the smaller leaves on the top. It'll still leave an open surface, but less than leaving a bunch of tissue exposed at the leaf edge.

These 2 responses are perfectly acceptable.

I do the same if I can’t chop when planned etc. I’ll leave them in the dark.

the 72 hours dark bit of broscience was about boosting THC production for extra %’s at the end due to prolonged darkness.

probably does by 0.00001% overall lmao.
Prechate it. Lol. Yeah thats fucking dumb. . Like the whole hanging buds upside down will do a,b, or c?? Its just convenient to hang buds upside down for drying because its a godamn branch. . Simply convenient.
